Good timing on this video. But I have a question. When you pushed out some oil, then released the brake lever, didn't you suck in air?

You actually need a little air in there because you need to allow some of the fluid out. There’s too much pressure because there’s too much fluid. Unfortunately, other than taking fluid out, there’s really no way to adjust hydraulic brakes.

Did the first generation have cable pull or hydraulic? I know they didn’t have a parking brake

Gary I have a weird problem I just bought Tk1 folding bike and I have this happening. Both my brake levers are moved to left side cause I had two major strokes and right side is not any good. My problem is when I pull brake lever the tail light stays on this shuts off motor connection. If I reach below and grab right hand lever it shuts the light off and motor is connected. I have only ridded in my parking struct. cause I only ride bike paths but the bike does not fix in my RAv so I am waiting to figure out a way to get over there. Thanks. Al

I would think that it must be hitting on something, causing the lever not to release all the way or could it be possible that the hydraulic line got pinched when you moved it over not allowing the fluid back up? Maybe if you could take some pictures for me I would get a better understanding.
