The Palestinian Health Ministry is under the control of Hamas and if you believe that Hamas is telling the truth about any of this, you are as gullible as a Trump supporter.

On multiple past incidents, Israel has called into question Gaza’s numbers. On every single occasion, Israel later agreed with those numbers. So why would they continue to question the numbers unless they are trying to cover it up? And what are the better ways to “count these numbers”? Asking Israel?

Let me guess -- you have not dealt with wartime medical statistics before, right? If you're referring to Abraham Wyner's article in The Tablet, which claimed to find "anomalies," you should know that Wyner is an economist, not a medical statistician, and The Tablet, to put it mildly, is not "peer reviewed." I did a Google search for his name and found real medical statisticians who pointed out the flaws in his analysis. Your other criticisms don't make sense. You're just speculating. The BBC did a few stories where they interviewed actual experts on wartime statistics who said that the Gaza Ministry of Health seemed to be following the right procedures and was as accurate as you can get in these conditions. Everyone who understands death counts agrees that their statistics significantly undercount the deaths because of the unrecovered bodies.
