@@ashlouw5350 What about Wintergreen lozenges/sweets? Many years ago, back in Jamaica, after being introduced to these sweets in a shop, I became addicted to the strangely delicious flavour of them. I craved those sweets everyday. Thank goodness, the shop soon ran out of them so I lost my supply. Now, I try to resist ever buying them here in the USA, because I don't want to get carried away again!

Hi All, i got tested and had severe iron deficiency. I had two iron infusions. Its been a month and I no longer feel the need to use inhaler...This might be the reason for your addiction as well. Please get yourself tested

I wouldn't allow anyone to put vaporub on me unless I was allowed to taste it. I was a toddler at the time. Eventually I ate enough to put me into a coma. A very dramatic walk down the stairs, jar in hand, then dropped to the floor unconscious. Early end to an addiction?!?

I rub a bit under my nose every night, never thought of it as an addiction. Helps me breath and sleep better. The man that invented Vic's vapour rub believed in it so much that he ate it every day, he lived a long healthy life. 👍

I used inhaler when I caught covid cuz I had breathing problems, I also have a lil trouble breathing so I used menthol oil on masks sometimes cuz it eased breathing when out. Now I don't use inhalers anymore but I have a cooling powder and I sniff it for less than a minute before sleeping at night which helps me to relax super fast. Should I stop this even? Like a mins sniff every 2 nights ain't that bad, right?

Vicks has been causing addictions since the early 1900s. I'm not as bad as her but I have vicks everywhere and vicks inhalers in my purse. I love it too.
