I live in Australia. I have never found an Anglican church where a stole is used that doesn't have women preaching. Jeans and a stole would be considered 'high church' or 'Anglo-Catholic' among orthodox Anglicans here.

He was Anglican before coming back to Catholicism. He also attends The Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter is equivalent to a diocese, created by the Vatican in 2012 for people nurtured in the Anglican tradition who wish to become Catholic.
