I saw it in theaters, I enjoyed it but it was underwhelming. Donatello got the least amount of attention to where you can compile everything within 10 minutes. I know it’s mostly Leo and Raph but it hurts where Donatello always gets the least amount of love

Yeah I agree, even though it's not my favorite movie and I believe it has done a huge mistake with the characters personality, i believe it's an overall good movie and it deserves love 🥰🥰🥰

honestly the winner changes with every season that goes by. Season 5 2003 obviously whoops any season 2012 but season 7 2003 vs season 4-5 2012 would be close. difficult decision

2007 Leo was arrogant towards Raph and got tranquilized. On top of that, the 2007 turtles may be skilled but they’ve all been distant to some extent which will obviously affect their teamwork and execution as they’re not that united until the ending.

He had good intentions as a leader, but he needed to realize that his leaving for South America would have a negative impact on his all brothers by making them feel abandoned, especially Raphael, who was already jealous of the idea of Leonardo being their dad’s favorite son. When Leo came home after the amour of time he was away, he had a lot of audacity to think every single person would welcome him back with open arms.

I think 2003 vs 2012 is a more even matchup but then again 2003 turtles turned into literal mystic dragons in lost episodes so....

Of course the team that had a whole tv show worth of skills and feats would win compared to at best 4 movies. And they never even use the weapons in one of those movies. Rise vs 2012 would be interesting tho.

2012 essentially gave then super powers where as 2007 is much more grounded like the 03 anime inspired show. 03 vs 07 would be a much more interesting match up

Ok but what about 2007 Casey vs 2012 Casey? Or what i really want to see 2007 April vs 2012 April powers or no powers. I really enjoyed that the movie then the 2012 series really started giving April some actual combat training so she stopped just being just the series "girl" character and starting holding her own against the bad guys.

2007 has a whole different style, the music by Klaus Badelt, the cinemtography, the Roof fight between Raph and Leo! And the story is kinda unic for a tmnt cartoon. The main enemy is no longer alive, the turtles are retired, an unusual main anti-hero villain for that time. Turtles and casey grow up, they are no kids anymore. Everyone changes at the end of the movie.

Tbh 2007 was my favorite when I was little and just saying in the 2007 film Donnie needs more screen time! Like I didn’t really show any of his tech in the movie so how would we know if he was better with tech then 2012 Donnie. Also there is a possibility that he may have stopped making tech bc Leo was gone for like 2 years!! Like it was a big impact on all of the brothers. (Just remember this is my opinion so don’t be rude. If you don’t agree then don’t comment any hate on this)

I think the solid rock monster shows 2012 is stronger bc of how heavy and powerful the 07 did fight rock monsters but not with that weight and power and super shreader was the strongest foes

A lot of people tend to wank whichever TMNT iteration they grew up with (most commonly I see it happen with the 2007 and 2012 iterations since most teenagers these days aren't too familiar with 2003 and are biased against ROTTMNT). I grew up with 03 and 07, but I can safely say the 2012 ones win this one. They just have a way more fleshed out set of fights and feats to analyze than most other iterations, and their showings overall tend to be more impressive than the 1990s/2007 versions

i loved 07 wish it had a sequel. 12 i didnt like at first cuz i think i was adverse to the art style, but it grew on me, and i love it now. same with the new cartoon, but i havent given it a chance yet, but im sure ill be turned around on it since hearing everyone else likes it. but still. early 2000s turtles and 89 movie turtles best turtles. and those bay turtles are HORRIFYING!

Due to the ending of 2007 it was hinted at him being the 1990 Shredder since we see that ones helmet at the very end of the film with the time scepter from TMNT 3 & the specific ooze canister from part 2, we saw 2012 Shredder consistently do INSANE feats & fighting & when he became Super Shredder that amplified. That Shredder is far above other Shredders in combat talked about that in my massive TMNT Video. So yeah even if 2007 shredder was different 2012 Shredder was another level beast

You’re confusing 2007 Mikey with 2003 Mikey. Remember the 2007 TMNT were not the 2003 ones that was a common misconception for a while
