thanks, very helpful. I appreciate the graphics and animations which help to make this clear and less boring. Also like that you mix in some Kanji, Hiragana and Katakana.

I'm a bit confused by the "does the internet" I never heard someone use that. It's fine though, this lesson helped me and I really appreciate it ! Arigato gozaimasu !

English is the only language where you can "surf the web", so it's not really one to talk when it comes to making sense.

Alcaさん, I'm sorry for the confusion. It's the literal translation of the expression in Japanese. We say "do the internet" (インター)ネットをする meaning "go online" or "surf the internet." I explained this fact in the course but not in this particular sample lesson.

I think that the verb "する" added to nouns has an implicit meaning of doing something related to the noun. It's like a "verbalizer", for example: "I internet-ed yesterday" "I'll be internet-ing meanwhile" I don't know... that's just my assumption

uses the internet or gets on the internet is more native. but we get the meaning regardless
