@@silverflight01 I would argue it's a lack of perspective and information (like how most rumors work). They are told by an authority figure that this person (Joker) is a criminal, and because Japan has a culture which reveres authority, they don't bother to listen to the other side of the argument. Additionally, direct confrontation is super uncommon and quite frowned upon (that partially plays into why Ryuji was hated so much by the track team as well), so to most of students at the time, Kamoshida was a "courageous hero" because he was 'bold enough' to speak his mind to Joker in front of everyone else. Which is completely hypocritical on the students part because Kamoshida is praised for being confrontational because he's an authority figure, while Ryuji is scorned for being confrontational because he went against an authority figure.

Kaneshiro's goons. 4th palace. Knock on Sojiro's door and have Futaba tell you to go away from the other side of the door 5th Palace: Big Bang Burger restaurant having a customer service catalog that you can comment on 6th palace. Making the courtroom that the PT originally visits (to make Sae aware of them) a location where you can listen in on Sae's cases. 7th palace. Each day, Shido's campaign moves to a different city and you can listen in and shout something amidst the croud. It would be a nice touch, however I wouldn't recommend adding this as most players wouldn't even see it.

That's the problem with the rest of the villains, they don't have the same impact.

@@TheMetastasia The problem isn't the lack of villains. The problem is that they're just so ok that they simply feel boring to watch (with the exception of madarame and kamoshida). Sae is another ok "villain" since she's one of the few character that undergoes actual *good* development.

Honestly, I kinda like how those options help flesh out Kamoshida's emotional state at that point. Yes, he's essentially got Joker in a corner, but he's fully aware that Joker knows what's going on, and Kamoshida is, even if he hides it, vaguely afraid of Joker for that reason.

well there are some nice things here and there...like after the kamoshida arc (not sure) Makoto would start following Joker around the halls of Shujin covering her face with a book. After every single palace if you look behind you in the classroom there's a new thing drawn with chalk on the board There's the Newspaper Club Student who gives her perspective or reports about recent events. Students are constantly talking about everything that happens in Tokyo Some confidants appear earlier in Shujin on random days and, while you can't talk directly to them, they have some intersting dialogue. I think Shujin does become kinda useless after the Kamoshida Arc, but that's because most players overuse the Fast Travel feature and just miss the nice things they put around the city for you to see. Tip: Don't fast travel unless the trip is really long or annoying, you may see some nice fan-service here and there
