The firefighter analogy is awesome. And the asking for heavier weights analogy as well It’s easy to think we are good people, patient people etc without actually having the life tests. And sometimes we just aren’t self aware enough when those life tests happen to even realize we weren’t ready for them. But once you start to get that self awareness and seeing where you are lacking that is when the exercises can start. Eventually you will, and then the firefighter analogy comes into play and you want to see if you can test the skills you have acquired. And if they actually work Great stuff

@@umelaila1036if you think something is holding you back , for example not being able to go to the gym because it is too expensive, you shouldn‘t see it as a reason to never go there. You should see it as something that is a way to get better. Learning to train somewhere different, updating your priorities to be able to pay, looking for solutions for how and why IS THE WAY. You learn so much by going through these questions and life ask you to accept these challenges because it means more growth for you. Look for something positive something to learn something to change.

I pray life and joy, and complete provision and hope over your life. I pray good friends, people who are interested in you, wanting to do life with you, someone who loves you, cherishes you, to enter your life, and to stay. I pray you heal and let your defenses down and that you treat others, and yourself: with kindness and that you become full of life: to do exciting things and that even the mundane things give you life-nourishing happiness. In Yeshua's name, I pray.

Remember ALWAYS this process is all about YOU!!! Not him. He is just a catalyst. Consider, he may be your twin flame. Look into that. After he initiated your trauma, you're now left to heal all that comes up. Major advice!!! Listen closely!!! NEVER ever CHASE HIM. He will run further and you will lose yourself more. You are the feminine. You are the divine goddess. You just, be and approve who comes along. It's a yes: you meet my requirements, or: a no, you do not. Be clear on whom you're accepting as a partner and DO NOT settle for less (or you just delay what's meant for you). Accept your struggle, anxiety, fear, sadness. Whatever comes up. It's all human, and in need of your attention. If you push it away, block it, or run from it... You will just have to deal with it later... 1) Put yourself first and foremost! 2) Fall in love with yourself. Be your own dream girl. Glow up and level up. Be the best version of yourself. 3) Rejection is redirection. Embrace the energies of miraculous possibilities. And, Any time you have a painful thought/memory/flashback/worry/belief: 1. Find the belief... 2. Write 11 DISADVANTAGES to having the belief 3. Write 11 ADVANTAGES to having belief If you can NOT find advantages then that’s EXACTLY why you're stuck!! When you finally see both sides... Your mind will STOP thinking about it 'cause it’ll be rewired. So you gotta keep at it, until you find the positive to the negative... And therefore, ultimately rewire your brain!

Hmmmm, wow! That's a LOT to work through. Will ponder this for awhile, research & "see" the advantage, or disadvantage. Man, just want to be loved & cherished & treated like the Queen that I am, & reciprocate in return to the partner thar takes that role....before I leave this world, as I'm already a "Senior Citizen", and have put in long & hard personal processes of growth for many years. Is "that" not enough personal work already? Will my "Twin Flame" come forward to hold me in the nights and lovingly & nurturingly walk through life with me through the days? None of us are perfect & finished works. Can we not have someone to share growth with through the trials, challenges & tribulations....like, one human linked to another. ...sharing their journey together....like two individual stories making one amazing story together?

This is my church, having rejected man's construct of organized religion when I was a tween. We need more of this wisdom, especially from our peers/people we find relatable. Grateful to find this message.

Personally, I appreciate organized religion. I see it as a means of structure, discipline, and community. I get so perplexed as to why so many reject it these days. And yet, look at the state and condition of the world in these current times. If rejecting religion means the world is in a rapid decay, then take note.

What came to mind is: why do we always have to advance? In order to get happy? I get it, it helps to learn, but I like the view of Krishnamurti and his like, that points out the harm that psychological thought can do. Take away the veil, turn down the noise and you end up with a very clear and quiet environment, open to everything. My mind then says” but that would leave you (me) with nothing to do, that’s boring” :)

I was interviewed by someone who didn't like people who didn't want to advance and go higher to some degree. He gave an example of a current employee who didn't want a higher position; the employee was happy in their current position which worked for them. I completely understood the employee's stance for more than one reason; so I gave the employer a different perspective as the interview was partly based on whether I wanted to advance. These people can't think outside of the conditioned box.

I like this philosophy. I'm however left wondering in those instances where you are confronted with malevolence. In those situations patience and tolerance may surely be useful. However beyond a certain point other pragmatic resolutions must be considered. For example, if you are camping and are hit with a relentless storm. It does no good to sit outside and repeat to yourself that everything will be okay. When your health, wellbeing, and very survival may be on the line.... However the attitude that you keep while going about problem-solving is where philosophy comes in I think. Sorry for my rambles xD

Your videos are helpful. By the way, can you make a video on dealing with "attachment" or "dealing with unreciprocated love"? For example, I have been facing a sort of a problem with unreciprocated love in real life. I can't find anyone like that person, a girl in this case, and it is very difficult for me mentally. I can't concentrate on my work or studies. I hope this isn't a weird request but it will help others in similar situations as well. I am a sensitive person in real life that's why I guess it hurts me manyfold. But a video with your calming presence and some helpful advice/suggestions/tips will definitely help. There are other such videos online but I would love to see your perspective on this, plus your style is quite nice. Thanks in advance.

I had the same issue, It's a self esteem issue. You have to work out, read book, and understand you have one life. You not here to live for them. Everyone is selfish and you have to play the game. If she leave what will you have? nothing. If you work on yourself and she sticks around what will you have? everything. You make her special. She's not special. Let's say she's everything you want in a woman, she's not 1 in a billion other woman will give you the same thing. brother stay strong, stay discipline, you need to realize she isn't special you making her speicial. keep focusing on yourself. Stick with family and friends and dont be on her ass.

I understand what you are saying and thank you for your views. My question is when is a challenge too much of a challenge? For my work i am challenged constantly, but some tasks are hard - as in significantly higher level than where i am now. I know Lev Vygotsky believed in scaffolding our learning at least 1 level higher than our current capacity for growth. i also think this applies to challenges and I'm not entirely sure how to approach this. Because it doesn't matter what justification i provide, i have deadlines to meet. I work outside hours to meet these challenges. I feel i have challenge- overload. Is this where we have to be strategic in our challenges we accept?

What if there is simply no motivation though (as depressed persons experience)...
@eyesore79
@eyesore79 3 ай бұрын
Embrace and accept your feelings of depression. Learn to recognize your feelings first. Then get rid of the identity of being "depressed". If you explain to yourself that YOU ARE depressed (a depressed person with an identity of "depressed"), you can explain away anything and even justify to yourself why you're not making any progress. Study your values, make goals based on your values, then make plans to achieve those goals and then slowly, very slowly, improve your life with hard work, good habits and perseverance. There's no other way.
@anabelv4

@@eyesore79 Thanks. The self image or identity plays a big role indeed, I think. Goals and corresponding plans are there, but if there's no sense of future (as if time is standing still with every frustrated day and as if the future is not tanglible), it's hard to make steps. But yes, working on self image/ identity is a good advice. And also that there's no other way, harsh, but true. Thanks.

How is losing a child ever seen in a positive?
@aionbrti
@aionbrti 3 ай бұрын
Because by making a child you (even if just for a few years) have given a few random molecules the power of becoming conscious, make them be able to feel and appreciate this beautiful world, yes of course losing a child is horrible, but giving it life is just so much more, everyone dies, the child just happened to die earlier, in the grand scheme of the universe it didn't die much earlier than you will, idk what I said makes any sense, my thoughts are a mess, maybe I can try an example, a shooting star is so very beautiful even if it only lasts for a fraction of a moment, yes Hailey comet which you can see for idk hours might be more beautiful, that doesn't make a shooting star not beautiful tho (really hope this made any sense)

Losing a child is fucking terrible. I couldn’t imagine the pain of gowing through that. BUT, if you muster through, time will heal. And through that healing, a new person has grown. Yes, the child is not physically there but the parent has transformed for the better with the child in mind. Thats how it becomes positive.

It’s not losing a child what’s positive. It’s the opportunity to have witnessed the existence of the child. The question is… would you rather never have had the child in order to not have this pain? Of course not, so that means it is a gift. Even with the pain.
