This is super useful. I hope to see more like these. I've been trying to challenge myself with reading news. It's challenging but I found a couple of bilingual Taiwanese news sites (traditional Chinese + English) which make it easier. Btw I didn't know you spoke French too! 👏

Pleco is excellent, as was mentioned. Deepl is also useful for translations but translating EN -> CN will yield only simplified Chinese, still works with traditional the other way around though.

我的2021是 “考”的 2022 也是 “考”的, 因為我今年重考高考。2021，在越南疫情太嚴重了，必須封城，所以我不能參加大學考試。

It actually depends on the context. In Taiwan, the character 和 is generally pronounced "han4" instead of "he2" when it's used to mean "and." For example, 我和他 would often be pronounced "wo han ta" instead of "wo he ta" in Taiwan. For other uses, it's pronounced "he2," such as 和平 (he2ping2). In mainland China, the word tends to be pronounced "he2" all the time.
