Ingredients: Bread Crumb Topping
2 Tbsps Butter
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Melt butter and constantly stir breadcrumbs over medium high heat until toasted-2-3 minutes
Ingredients: Mac & Cheese
16 oz Pasta
1/2 Cup Butter Diced
4 Cloves Garlic Diced
1/2 Cup Flour
4 cups 1/2 & 1/2
1 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard
2 Cups Shredded Smoked Gouda
4 Cups Shredded Cheddar
3 Cups Smoked Chopped Brisket

Boil your pasta until it is slightly underdone, about two minutes. Short of required time. Drain, toss in a little olive oil, and set aside. 
In a large pot, melt 1/2 cup of butter, when butter is melted add in garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Next whisk in 1/2 cup of flour and stir constantly for 2 to 3 minutes until becomes a light brown color. When this is done add in your 4 cups of half-and-half and stir , add in salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Bring to a simmer, constantly stirring until the 1/2 & 1/2 thickens.  when thick add in half of the Gouda and half of the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Add in the brisket and pasta. In a 9 x 12 baking dish put in half of your brisket and then add half of the remaining cheese mixture. Add the rest of the brisket and the rest of the cheese on top. Sprinkle with Panko breadcrumbs and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
