I'm more a fan of "buying the author a coffee" etc. That i felt went to the creator (and wasn't taxed on the way past.) like if someone does some building work for me I pay the contractor not the company that made their hammer. As for the Vulture thing well personally I'm going to leave it and see where it goes, if it gets added to with more bounties then maybe but if you're going to have to buy each bounty at that price then well...

On the Mariner- you also get a full hi res furniture and decoration set, which you can use anywhere.

I would buy a new faction for 700 credits/$7, but selling each mission for 700 is a little extreme.

Not that concerned about it, I'm glad there's incentive for small modder groups to make some money aswell as the same people who have an issue with mods being paid say absolutely nothing about skins or an emote coming out every few weeks on fortnite for 3 times the price as a whole quest mod.

Tried to buy quest with credits on Xbox and it’s glitched, can’t buy credits! With the other dozen quests I have which are glitched including main quest, I am almost done with Starfield. Still like the shipbuilding but quests are done for me…

If they were really concerned with modders getting compensation they’d buy the rights from the modders for a negotiated price

The credits system should be banned. You buy 1000 credits for something priced at 800 then your stuck with 200 you cant spend. That's a way of short changing your fanbase. Pure scum

Hey, I'm playing it on console without any mods because I can't get access to any of the Xbox mods on my system and I'm still enjoying the game.

The stuff is lacking... The new evo suit is nice though.

I was stoked for this Creations kit being added. But so far it seems to be quite the pain in the a$$ more than what it's worth. 😑👀😪🤣

Tbh some more achievements would be great some for skills, and craft items and more for the exploration and finds on planets and space I miss games have achievements like that they made finding things feel really rewarding,, id like to see added a flora/fauna library with pictures of them plus the trait features that have been cataloged on each planet, also should add new ones here and there or have planets start to thrive with life that are close to it, and one of the biggest things Id love to see in it is we should have some better galactic beast hunts like some bigger crazier form of a planets fauna say a evolutionary off shoot of them or something that you can hunt on planets or can just stumble across while on a planet that would be tough, would hold good experience points plus unique rewards like possibly achievements tied to them, new mounts of said hunted creatures or use there hides or parts to craft at a workbench like new skins for weapons, spacesuits, helmets or even spacecraft modules plus could add new discoveries of flora and fauna that are also achievement friendly or a mod from Bethesda themselves that's a add on

At 3:32 you might want to read the paragraph having to do with the UGC under terms and conditions in starfield. It's so weird people keep saying that the developers of the material on creations need to get paid. I don't think they've read the terms and conditions either. If it helps I believe it's section 18 or section 19 but there is always the key in terms and conditions you can read yourself and then go to the corresponding information. Notice they did not change something.

For $7 bucks a quest I'd better get...TWO KIDS in a fridge.

Meanwhile, people are spending thousands on Star Citizen ships, and it’s not even a game yet. It is a paid demo at best. Blizzard charges $60 per character boost, $20 for a wow token, $25 for mounts in the store, and you pay $15 a month to play it. New world charged $30 for a two hour quest and mounts, which was supposed to be free, oh and their new zone was a reskin of an existing zone you can’t access anymore. People paid for each Destiny 2 expansion, only to have all of them sunset, and no longer accessible for players who already owned them. I could go on and on. My point is, don’t buy it if you don’t like the pricing.

😎 You should be able to earn FREE in-game credits to use for all mods and Expansion packs. And They could sell it for real money at a reasonable price, If you're the type of person that just wants to buy everything now Without the grind And you have the money! 💰 What do you think?

At this point they should have expected this after the last two creation clubs. They could at least have done away with that stupid credits system so you can just pay what you need to. I'm not completely against payed mods assuming they're actually quality work and the modder gets higher than 90% of the cut. Personally a mod like the tracker's alliance quest should be far more appropriate somewhere towards $2-3.

Tod Howard is such a stubborn man. He does not have proper vision for Fallout. Whoever designed Fallout New Vegas should replace him.

I've got more than five gigs in free mods installed, basically made it a SW conversion. 1700hrs in this game and counting.

This is all just smokescreen for them pushing to a "game-as-service" model and that they are going to keep pushing that model. Note that at no point did he say that they were going to stop. This is a case of corporate greed and corruption torpedoing what could have been a good, profitable game. Giving us a freebie is MISSING the point. There is no right way to do a wrong thing.

I thought to myself "they just pulled a Bungie" by charging this much. I didn't like it fromt he get go but i also don't do micro transactions of any sort. I have about 400 hours into Starfield and that's enough for me. I may get Shattered Space if the reviews come out smashingly good otherwise if it's a mid-expansion I will just move on from the game as the NG plus is just boring after the first run.

He shouldn't have commented, its a complete non issue. Don't like the creations, don't buy. There's nothing wrong or immoral about it, you aren't owed any specific mod no matter how loud and entitled you are. Steam users are the problem, entitled children. Same "fans" complaining now are the ones who have been brigading the reviews for months. Not fans at all, bored entitled trolls.

I bought like 1000 credits and it is useless! Without the question to turn of achievements. I rather wait until some one made a modd so the game doesn't cry about the mods. Meanwhile i have other modds installed with no problems. Thank god for nexus mods.

I pretty sure if, there were not Mods for Starfield, I wouldn't spend 1100h on it. Starfield is great because of Modders. BGS should pay them for, not us. Espacialy m8r98a4f2 who made Star UI Inventory, HUD, Workbench, Outpost, Ship Builder and Configurator. I certainly wouldn't played that many without his work.

Just don't buy them? Never understood why people get so upset over something they will never buy anyways. What exactly are you losing by giving players a choice? Modders deserve something don't they? Now I will agree prices are way too high, i'm not going to buy most of this stuff either. At this point, Cod has made so much money off of microtransactions, it's going to be in just about everything moving forward. If you want to blame anyone, blame the Cod players buying $30 bundles every month.
