@tubafats100
@tubafats100 2 жыл бұрын
We believe the left’s narrative because we saw in plain view that in most cases when a black man kills or gets killed his entire past is allowed to be mentioned in court as a determining factor. We know that Trayvon Martin smoked weed hours before his encounter Zimmerman, we know George Floyd’s entire criminal history, Michel Brown robbing the store was able to be used as evidence. In this case they weren’t even allowed to mention that he illegally crossed state lines with a firearm as a minor. They weren’t allowed to show the video of Rittenhouse the night before the murders saying he wished he had his gun that night so he could kill rioters. For some strange reason they allowed this case to only be about the 30 seconds when he shot people.

They most likely sent rioters outside of the courthouse to pressure the jury to give a guilty verdict even though they know Rittenhouse is innocent. The jury will read a guilty verdict to save their own asses. The national guard is outside the courthouse as well on stand by. But the jury are feeling the pressure to say guilty even though they know he is justified in shooting the attackers. I even heard a cop on the news say “ peaceful protest “ yet even before rittenhouse entered the area, there were lootings and fires
@dougdoesall
@dougdoesall 2 жыл бұрын
There can be a relatively successfully peaceful protest, while in one area people who are not peacefully protesting can act on their own. It doesn't mean the main body of protesters are acting violently. lived through all the 1960s "riots' and protests. Most protests go like this: A main body of peaceful protesters exists. As well, a few angry people act out in some other manner. The result is the media and people who disagree with the protesters paint the entire protest as having been a non-peaceful or "violent" protest. As well, lighting something on fire doesn't make a protest "violent". If the main body of a protest is causing actual violence to property, not just a dumpster (and it's the main body of protest), then you could legitimately say the protest was a violent one. If a cop says it was a peaceful protest it was because the cop overseeing or seeing the main protest saw just that....a peaceful protest. Then, in another area of town or of the area a few other people were doing bad things...it doesn't or shouldn't mark the protest as being not peaceful.

“He was looking for trouble” is a dumb take. I am not looking for a car crash when I wear my seatbelt. If a woman brings a gun with her to walk down a seedy street, she isn’t looking to get attacked. In both cases the person is taking preventative measures against possible harm. Kyle wasn’t seeking exhilaration, he was helping people. He also didn’t think he was invincible, as he fled the confrontations instead of meeting them head on. Kyle had a history of community service. He enrolled in cadet classes, was a lifeguard, took medical classes and brought medical supplies with him to the riot. He clearly wasn’t seeking excitement, and clearly understood the inherent dangers of the place he was attending. Also, if Kyle had left the gun at home, he would have been killed. If Kyle had left himself home, some other guy would have been killed. Because it wasn’t Kyle that started this, it was the serial pedophile. And it wasn’t the gun that the serial pedophile took offense to, it was his mistaken belief that Kyle was putting out his dumpster fires. You solve nothing by taking Kyle’s rights away. You admit it’s legal to attend the protest with a gun in the state of Wisconsin. You also admit there is no evidence that Kyle threatened anyone. You have nothing to back your assertions, and you admit it. But for some reason, you must still blame the victim for doing lawful actions. Crazy.

the case itself was not ethical in nature. the prosecution never had any case and the only "evidence" that they had when the lies and obfuscation were shot down were a highly manipulated stillframe that could not have shown what they claimed it showed (because the frames before and after it show him holding the gun in the complete opposite orientation and the sling he had would have make it basically impossible to do what they said). They intentionally downsized a video (the prosecutor still had the video downsizing software handbrake in the same folder as their video "evidence" ffs) to provide the defendants no means of confronting their "real evidence". A violation of the Brady act. and on both of these matters Kraus lied to the court, which is why the judge hinted that he might get him under oath before proceeding.

The original scenario they laid out was debunked as it showed him aiming as a left-handed individual would. Rittenhouse is left handed. The prosecution then changed their narrative claiming he was facing a different direction, proving they have no idea what they were looking at either, just throwing shit on the wall hoping it sticks. Prosecutors aren't supposed to lie, or speculate about evidence, that's illegal to do. Yet the judge let them get away with it in the ONLY possible piece of evidence they have to convict Rittenhouse. The fact is that most of us didn't live in this town. We didn't go through what most of these folks went through that night or what lead up to this event. We can't sit back and judge what happen while we are watching from afar in our safe places in our homes. We can't know what it was like night after night of these people rioting, burning, and causing all kinds of harm. Who was going to protect this town? Who was there? Where was the National Guard? Where was anyone? I am getting sick and tired of the few people that were willing to fight back even if it meant taking arms with them to protect that town. Doctor...would you get off your fucking high horse that you sit on and protect your town if you had violent rioters burning your town down and protect at all costs. Would you? You can sit in judgement as to what Rittenhouse did . I am glad this kid did what he felt he had to do. There mountain of evidence that supported him that none of us saw because we weren't there to see it. Stop this shit Doctor and move on. It's done. His life is about moving on. I suggest you move on too. It's over. We all need to move on. This does not do us any good to rehash what happened that night. It was awful. It was terrible. I was sick to death to see our country go from normal to complete riot out of control. Whose fault is it? Think hard it's not a hard answer. The fact is Doctor, you have never had a conversation with Rittenhouse. You have seen only interviews with him or followed the trial. You can't know who he is unless you do a case study on him for a long period of time. You have is just a guess drawing from your expertise. This young man had to make a split choice that night. This left the city of Kenosha wide open to violence and mayhem for several nights with no police or emergency services helping the citizens of Kenosha. If you you create a lawless environment and let violent criminals descend on a city and destroy it through vandalism and arson, ordinary citizens WILL STEP UP. Also, Joseph Rosenbaum should never have been let out of jail after raping 5 young boys, and he should not have been released from the mental hospital that morning. If you create a lawless environment, set criminals free from prison, this is the inevitable result. All three who were shot were in the acts of committing crimes. I'm also having a hard time understanding how being on a private property during the riot while armed (allowed by law) during a curfew (wasn't legal and was thrown out by Judge) is in any way is asking for it. Imagine saying a woman who was attacked was asking for it because "insert meaningless reason here that's shifting the blame from the attacker to the victim here". A smart person wouldn't have been there, but the people who were weren't looking for trouble, they have the right to live without someone attacking them cause they feel they're not on their team.

If they hadn't come there to cause harm to people and destruction of property, there would have no need tor local store owners to arm themselves and protect their property. Its the series of events that seem reasonable, first they protest then it turned to a riot and looting. You cant differentiate from who are protesting legally and whos “looking for trouble” kyle was looking for trouble because he crossed state lines to protect a property that isnt his nor did anyone ask him. He specifically went out of his way while everyone else were residents. Im sure they found a couple looters and rioters but none of them had AK’s. Stop trying to deter the fact that kyle felt empowered by the gun and his authority. When people say they thought he was an active shooter i get that. But also kyle felt attack and i dont think hes necessarily wrong for shooting cause he might have been afraid he was going to be attack but my only thing where i look at kyle crazy was that he went out of his way to a very populated city of african Americans that are currently in a hostile protest. Why would you go there? Theres police for a reason, but the store owners, thats why u need insurance! So many non violent ways to protect yourself and this was not it. So no kyle isnt guilty of murder but is guilty of conspiracy to commit violence. Dont feel like im attacking you either, just a healthy conversation

@@mrahmedthe12 Even though his decision to participate knowingly put himself right in the middle of a dangerous situation where the potential of his own life would be threatened in some way, although more than likely not leading to death, because he was the only one in the area carrying a firearm for all to see, for which the protestors as possible active aggressors would've never even paid attention to him if he didn't have a firearm. He knew very well what he put himself into, and why he chose to be there. He didn't fear for his life. He was the one with the firearm and willing to use it. What's to fear ? It was all the other people there who feared him because of the presence of his firearm that there was no way of concealing or hiding because it was too big. Businesses have insurances for property damage and the like. No real true need to defend by taking a life for that. And "at the request of the owners of a car dealership to protect the business." Why would a car dealership contact an 18 year-old teenage kid to help defend the property of a business ? Would they not then be liable if he got hurt or killed ? The fact is that even Kyle's own post-shooting reactions clearly shows that he was just way too young and inexperienced with no knowledge of how to properly handle himself without killing anyone in the process. That's why he was shaking, sweating and stammering. He was in way over his head, and he knew it and soon found out that reality in the worst possible way imaginable. At close range, he shoots the first guy in the hand, groin, thigh, head and back. He had to shoot that much with a rifle of that caliber just to get one person on the ground ? The head and the back shots were probably not even necessary. But he failed to assess it properly because he had no prior combat training. And his "former police youth cadet" didn't seem to serve him well at all, unless of course one just wants to kill. And why was he a "former" police youth cadet when only 17 at the time ? Too young and inexperienced with no field training and no military background. This is why people died, at the hands of an individual who was not even anywhere near being an adult. He used a false sense of responsibility to justify actions of deadly force.

To be quite honest with you if someone is running away (like Kyle is in EVERY video) and the person running away has an semi-automatic assault rifle and you can clearly see that they are in posession of that semi-automatic assault rifle, it's probably unwise for you to chase after them. It's always wiser to run in the opposite direction of someone carrying a gun. Politics are not inherently illogical. They can create strong emotions but it's not as if the act of engaging in politics or having strong political beliefs itself is illogical. This reads as if he's just conflating politics with emotions. Like there were a lot of politics during the civil rights movement but it's not like MLK threw logic out the window every time he got on stage to speak. True, aside from the statement of someone caught on video accusing him of it, which he anwered that he agreed just to diffuse the situation, all evidence the prosecution had was fabricated. To say he raised his rifle at Zalinski (I can't spell), you'd have to believe he went left handed for less than a second, then reslung the rifle for right handed and had it again in a right handed carry. Prosecution lied.

I tried to balance it out so I watch coverage of the trial on like some more right leaning podcasts and channels and then I'll watch a little bit more on some more left leaning ones and go back and forth. But this dude today takes the cake he tried to argue that all self-defense is wrong. And the way he defended his statement was he said that if the mob attacked Rittenhouse and killed him there would be one dead person. Him defending himself led to two dead people therefore it's logically better to let the mob kill him. The flaming hoops these people will do backflips through to not have to admit it was self-defense and justified. Just add obviously I'm not saying Dr grande said this stuff but I have to put this on here or someone will comment on my comment saying Dr grande never said that.

As a proud card carrying Left-Wing Liberal, I want so bad to say fuck this little wannabe cop turd, but after hearing the facts of the case, I gotta grudgingly except that at least in the eyes of the law, he's not guilty of the charges. I'm quite sure this little Mama's boy dipshit was specifically there looking for trouble, but sadly, that's not a crime, while assaulting someone who's looking for trouble is. It sucks, but when you initiate an attack on someone, they have the right to defend themselves. They don't lose that right just because they're a racist piece of Right Wing shit.

I saw the video when Kyle shot the person. It is my belief the Kyle went there looking to shoot someone, and he did. 2:41 he was not cornered and he could easily have approached the police, who were literally, less than 100yards away, in force. The man who was chasing, was a mental disturbed man, who was not bothering anyone, until Kyle starting brandishing his rifle. Rittenhouse did not respond to put out a fire. He was preying, not praying. 3:11 Not true. KR was the initial aggressor, who then claimed self defense to get away with murder. He did. 3:22 This is true and the only time KR was struck. At this point, people were just trying to disarm or disable an active gunman. If this had been any other time in out history, KR would be in prison for murder. But because of the insanity of the right it became political and the red area he was tried in refused to follow the actual law. A murderer set free for political reasons. The verdict disgusted me. I am neither right nor left. I am centrist. I saw the videos of that night and what I saw, is someone who wanted trouble, so he could shoot someone. He had no reason to leave the parking lot of the business he was claiming to defend. He wanted trouble and he got it. He IS a murderer. The case should never have been politicized. 5:40 agreed. 8:25 This is missing a very important point as to why, even guilty, he thought the police would be on his side. The police had stopped, in one of their armored vehicles and PRAISED all the gunman standing there protecting the business. They were ENCOURAGED by the police! OF course KR felt emboldened, All of the right wingers have been feeling emboldened with their violence and hatred. this occurred right in the height of the right wing uprising and all the hatred and bigotry flying out in the open. It hasn't gotten any better yet, but there it is. 8:59 That's not true. KR had been pointing the weapon at a lot of people throughout the night. There was even a complaint about it how the "defenders" were threatening with pointed weapons, people who were just walking by peacefully.. There had already been intimidation and threats from KR. Further, KR did not even try to get to safety. He had no business being where he was, other than he was looking for trouble. 9:07 which was in fact the situation. They had reason to believe they KR was a threat to their lives. 12:22 Yes he did. Sorry, but he did. 14:38 That actually used to be my job.

1: potentially illegal, very much in question. The law says people under 18 cannot open carry firearms, but makes an exception for long guns being borrowed to 16-17 year olds under a hunting statue. However, the law does not make it clear whether this only applies to hunting situations or all cases. 2: If it was illegal (missdemeanor) it does not remove his right to self defence. It could have if he commited a crime likely to result in violent response (for example, you punching someone and them punching you back does not give you cause for self defence). Now in this case, simply carrying a rifle is not enough to provoke an attack AND, more importantly, nobody who attacked Rittenhouse knew he was under 18, thereby they were not aware of said crime and could not have been provoked by it. The fact is, when we see Rittenhouse shooting Rosembaum he is charging Rittenhouse grabbing his rifle (which both means he could get it and use it on Rittenhouse AND that Rittenhouse is unable to keep running away as he is attached to the rifle via a sling) before Rittenhouse shoots, something that is also supported by forensic evidence on the body of Rosembaum. As for shooting 2 and 3, they could be unlawful if Rosembaum was deemed to be murder (see earlier about crime that provokes violence) however that is unlikely to be the case as Rittenhouse is running away towards a police line and several people are chasing him shouting for people to kill him. Now an interesting fact is that this could be a case were both parties have a self defense claim. Since if Huber/Grosskraut believed there was an active mass shooter (as Grosskraut testifies) then they do have the right to stop that via force based on their "real and reasonable fear". However, as they were misstaken then based on the "real and reasonable fear" of Rittenhouse he was also permitted to use self defense.

Just human wave him until he is out of ammo? Plus why would they believe he was a mass shooter when he wasnt actually shooting at people but running away.

When I hear people still arguing to this day that Kyle committed murder it's always because, in their opinion, carrying a gun like he did should be illegal. Lesson number 4. If the police decides not to stop rioters from burning down businesses in order to not escalate the situation, regular untrained people will try to stop them and the situation will escalate even more.

Are you asking why Kyle himself would feel the need to insert himself into the situation or are you asking if it was legal for him to have the gun? I really don't know the answer to the first part. From what I can gather, he was trying to help protect his family's and other people's businesses and his community since the police were not doing it. Should he have? I personally don't think so but who am I to tell someone that they can't protect their community? The second part is easy. Wisconsin law allows 16 and 17 year olds to open carry rifles. Legally, there was nothing wrong with this action. See Wisconsin statutes 29.304 and 29.593 for proof if you would like. Again, should he have? Probably not, but he certainly had the right to do so.

What starts as a protest becomes looting and riot because bad people jump on the bandwagon when they see opportunities. The police are invariably there to protect property not people, which is topsy turvy imo. Most of the people there should not have been there including Kyle and if you're only there to administer first aid why have two deadly weapons ? Makes no sense to me at all.

Rittenhouse was brave for volunteering to protect businesses the police refused to protect, willfully neglecting their duty. More citizens ought to be willing to protect businesses and other property from career criminals like the ones who attacked Kyle. Those who believe Kyle had no business being there are as guilty of disorderly conduct as jump kick man, Rosenbaum, and Grosskreutz et al. Kyle had every right and duty to be there to help prevent thugs from burning, looting, and rioting.
