We've been really lucky to find someone like Dan, his devotion to this project is way beyond what you would normally expect. And huge praise must also go to Farhad Moshiri. We all give Dan the love but Moshiri is behind every decision, he's committing so much more than is necessary, he could easily have chosen a cheaper site and a cheaper design. Farhad Moshiri and Dan Meis have really followed the Everton motto, Nil Satis Nisi Optimum, more than anyone in my lifetime, they truly want for Everton to be the best. All we need now is a team that matches them.

If I was morshiri I'd release a statement saying. I'm bout 2 invest 500mil on a new stadium,so it's time 4 the manager & players 2 wake up & get there act together. Y wud I want 2 build a stadium 4 a team that cant finish in top 6.
