@@faithlcockrell2332 It's not ethical to say a house is $1 million and then show upgrades of more than a $1 million. Krulsawat, should do a tour of the house with and without upgrades and let viewers see what they're actually getting for the "base price."

Its not possible to tour a base price new home with this community or most new build homes. You are expecting that a buyer builds it base (rare to none for this caliber of home) and then allows someone to video tour their personal home. It will also take 6 - 12 months+ after the Model homes are built. That is why Chakits shows video tours of model homes in new communities because there is no choice. Once in a while their will be a spec home from the builder, but even that has some upgrades in it.

He's previously shown us some Toll Brother's houses that are pre-built and ready to buy and they are quite depressing compared with the model homes.

Hello again Chakits! Where to begin...First, I would choose all glass garage door panels to match the windows everywhere else. No fan of the yellow. Second, I really like your idea of some sort of decorative gate across the front but, relocate the electronic mail/parcel box to the single car garage. Third, love the house bones, the private chief kitchen to contain food smells and love the open stairs. The only downfall for me is this home is not offered with a 4 car garage. Finally, one thing that is a must are power requirements for smart home roller shades throughout the house for evening privacy and fully opened so as you live in the home as viewed.

I just liked, subscribed, and now I'm leaving a comment because I want you to be able to get that house sooner rather than later! 😂🙏🏽 IMO, the Calico floor plan is the most beautiful, thoughtful plan from any builder in Vegas. I'd love to see more models with prep kitchens, huge pantries, his+her WC's, and flex space off the primary bath (an option for the Calico), and a great room in lieu of the old redundant formal spaces. If they could put all of that on a larger lot and in a farmhouse exterior, I'd be in heaven.

I’ve lived in California all my life and have been on/off looking for a new home in the sf area. The new homes even $2m+ have nothin close to these amazing designs. The kitchen ceiling looks so good. It really feels like you’re in a hotel. Especially with that catwalk. They do advertise ‘resort style living’ but even so it feels like ur in a ‘regular home’ for $1.5m Also many of the homes here have only a few standard builds you can’t custom anything (let’s them build the houses quicker) After watching your videos I feel like I’d love to move to Vegas. I was fortunate to work for a start up and now have a small fortune in stocks. Going to wait it out a few more years in Cali until I can be promoted and be able to work remote. Currently 25 and aiming for 30 to move to Vegas into one of these mansions!

Hey Chakits just a suggestion you should start including the price of the home with all the upgrades as well if possible because majority of these homes I would buy the models as is.

@@elamothe81 well this isn’t like a car off the lot. Also they will give you a discount on the price as these are the last homes sold. Their upgrades are already like 50% more than a contractor. So if it’s $3m total from their upgrades they can sell for $2m and still make profit.

IMO this community is made to appeal to us Cali owners. This is loads of privacy and huge backyard for us. Ex: graham stephan left la for this exact location and same builder. Likely need to try Henderson or less ‘mid century modern’ type of builds

Wow oh wow this is the house for me, put agate on the front, make sure all the window were aluminium, and have an extra half acre surrounding the back and I would move right in. The only problem I can see is that it has to be shipped to the Uk, damn. Wonderful tour, take care and stay safe.

Beautiful designed home, I just don't understand why for the price of the home the homes are so close to one another. Your are right on top of your neighbor. I would like some space in between my neighbors. I'll paint the garage door green.

Front outside to entry reminds me of a new modern small motel. It would be beautiful if the hills across the street will grow color flowers in the spring/summer seasons. Also, I noticed the color scheme exterior are in the browns. Don't know if that's HOA thing or not. But nice homes.

In the butler pantry a "full structural upgrade" chuck I don't think it includes sewer .... yes electric, gas and water, but the waste water from the sink is gray water not sewage. I'm 98% so I'm not positive chuck. Love this house!!!!!

Part of me does like the exterior paint, but I feel like this house isn’t retro mid century ENOUGH for it to be a right fit. I might be tired enough of Las Vegas beige I’d leave it tho lol.
