This is the best scene with Tom Cruise as Les Grossman in the comedy hit "Tropic Thunder".
You will watch here the best quotes, such as "I will f*ck you up!", "The universe is talking to us right now. You just gotta listen" or "Playa, playa. Bick dick playa!".
Of course there's also Tom's famous dance to music song "Low".
It's just fabulous and hilarous.
ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO UNIVERSAL.
THIS VIDEO IS ONLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT,
IT'S NOT FOR COPY OR SALE.
THANK YOU UNIVERSAL FOR NOT DELETING THIS. I JUST LOVE THIS MOVIE AND I WANT TO PEOPLE SEE THAT BY THIS SCENE.

@@davidusa47 That's literally the best moment in the movie. That was the best comedic moment, that shift and him asking again the specifics with a perfect delivery, kind of driving home the point that he is already agreeing, while until that moment it seemed like he was strongly not onboard. But they sort of invite him on board, on board of a G5.

What's important to understand that this is a long movie, this scene is in the middle of it, and before that this character is only seen one for like a minute of screen time on a screen. If you would watch that at the time of release and had no knowledge of Tom Cruise being in it, which nobody at the time did, because he wasn't in the title, you probably would miss it, just like most people did. Because this cast wasn't the A-list cast that it is now. Iron Man came out the same year as Tropic Thunder and this was when RDJ was out of prison/rehab and struggling to find solid projects. Kung-Fu Panda also came out the same year, and Jack Black was basically only known for House of Rock. This was before Interstellar, so Matthew McConaughey was really only known for Sahara and other smaller films like Contact. Bill Hader was only known to people familiar with SNL, but even then, this was before his (arguably) most popular sketch, The Californians. With exception to Tom Cruise, Ben Stiller was probably the most famous actor at the time of this movie's release. Basically Ben was really good at networking and just happened to get a bunch of talented actors together before they achieved massive success with other franchises and movies.

Tom Cruise was actually approached to play the lead, but he was too busy during the early production so the main lead role went to the director Ben Stiller. Tom did read the script however and suggested they add the character of Les Grossman to add more tension to the film. I was just thinking to myself most other guys would’ve overacted and tried to steal the Thunder but he is such a great assist man.

The first time I watched Tropic Thunder I didn’t know it was Cruise until the credits. One of his best roles ever lol

Bill Hader is underrated in this scene, because he is SO outshined by Cruise and McConaughey. But each of them were so spot-on.

I love Bill, but he totally hammed it up here. He played it like an SNL skit. He’s a much better actor now

That is the sad thing about today´s SJW culture.People always say: "Most 80s movies could never be made today!"; Which is true. But, hello?!There are movies from this decade (perfect example: A Million ways to die in the West, 2014) that already couldn´t be made today!

@@celeboria Has that much really changed within the last 5 years? I find it hard to believe that companies can get THAT PC that they'd stop making movies like a million ways to die in the west or wolf of wall street in just 6 years or less.
