We created this initial video as entertainment based on the ridiculousness we see everyday on Facebook. We plan to upload a new video twice a month. These videos are created to provide some history, keep the entertainment on the subject, but more importantly answer questions and help the Bulldog community represent itself in a better each day. Please add any questions you might have to the comments and we will do our best to answer them in the next episode.

I bought a male pup from Tom about 7 or 8 months ago (Samson) out of Ray Lewis x Claire , I’m a Game chicken man and hog Hunter and I’ve had a few real Bulldogs in my life. This one is only 10 months and has surpassed my expectations so far I and I feel I have very high expectations! He has caught everything I wanted him to including a 280 ibs hog that 4 bay dogs let go of when he was only 6 months old when we were hunting in the rain during hurricane idalia. He got cut bad in the neck and survived by sheer luck, and me shoving a handful of dirt in it and never made a bad move. He also sleeps with my kids on occasion and loves them but can play very intense. He’s a true Game Dog so far and he’s only getting better. Time will tell. But there’s no doubt He’s exactly what a game dog should be.

Tom is the definition of "the love of the breed is the only motivation". Which is what makes Tom so special. So many bad people are attracted to these dogs and Tom is one of the very few good dogmen left associated with the breed. It was a pleasure meeting you at bulldog hill a few years back and i hope to visit again soon.

Good informative interview! I had forgotten about the old Boze dog. If, I'm not mistaken the best of that Boze blood was put down with his yard during that investigation, a number of years ago. Truly was sad moment for all.. The dogs were put down illegally as the man was not convicted of a crime..

If you mean the direct offspring of Boze{TheMo⚡T 'Dibo-Dog' EverLiveD❗} I'm Sad! about the idea that there isn't the 'Direct' presence of that line , now , in bulldog hill ; But if 'we' talk about the myriads of bloodlines linked to Boze's lineage with ELi-Jr , then that blood is more alive than ever and is doing really well !

Good stuff M.r Garner. Much respect to you for all your work and dedication. A lifetime of both. I also deeply Love the breed and use your blood because I know you have a lifetime of experience and dedication for the true gamedog and you diligently do every type of breeding to better the breed. Would like to know more about specific dog's and traits and styles. Also more in depth about different outcomes from certain breeding techniques, as you spoke about with the 3/4 eli and 1/4 Bolio and how one line does well with inbreeding and the other doesn't. That knowledge is invaluable! It takes many years of firsthand experience to come to the same conclusions just like when you mentioned how it really hit you that M.r Floyd was right about Boze when you realized your favorites were the ones with Boze in them. We must continue to breed only the best and keep the highest standards for the survival and betterment of the greatest animals on earth. With that as the common goal across the board. Because they truly are just that.

China Rose was a great dog and made Chinaman ROM. Unfortunately, I tried two of your dogs and they did not work out. Had both of them DNA tested they were from two separate lines you have. Not sure how they came up as half brother sister when one was inbred Kemo and the other was inbred from your Redboy dog. I will give you credit you have bred some good dogs. I will just chalk it up to bad luck and move on.

@@davebarry4647 I have been around the dogs since the 70s saw Lanier's Rexboy go in the Mountains at Lester Hugh's place that is why I got the dog. Actually saw some of the parents in action. I wait at least three years before I do anything. When I DNA tested my male came back more inbred than brother/sister inbreeding. Only thing I can think of is that he was too heavily inbred. Where I live at we have mountain lion's, so I got him to walk the trails. I tried everything, but could never get him to walk over two miles when he would lay down in total exhaustion. He seems to have problems which come from genetic issues. He is a gigantic dog over 80 lbs and not people friendly at all. His tail curls back. All my previous pit bulls had straight tails. All my pit bulls before loved people and were outgoing. The only reason I DNA tested him is to figure out why he was having so many problems. Turns out he just was heavily inbred. It is what it is.

@@socratesXLIX I can understand why you'd be upset. I would suggest contacting Tom about his exhaustion after two miles on the trails, assuming you had fed and properly conditioned him before. Another frustrating point with any dog you acquire from a breeder is even if they'd be willing to exchange the dog you'd still have to get blood tests, x-ray/ultrasound, etc to find out what the problem is and by the time you pay for all of that, you may as well just buy a new puppy.

@@davebarry4647 I tried talking with Tom it lead no where. My attitude was you buy two dogs from a breeder to sample the bloodline. If it does not work never go back which I think is the standard. Most breeder realize that if someone gets two dogs from them and they do not work out they are not going to be repeat customers. The lesson learned from this is to make sure before you buy a dog in the 21st century is that the DNA profile for their studs is registered online. I think the AKC and ADBA require the stud dogs have their DNA registered. Tom has his own registry and does not register his dogs DNA online.
