The puppet for The Creep was in the movie for less than 10 seconds yet it made a huge impact on me. Such a great puppet, I hope it’s doing well

Back in the early 90s as a kid, I had a blank VHS 📼 with this exact footage on it. It was Ming blowing. I watched it many times.

There will never ever be anyone coming close to tom savini. Although he has a schools it's unfortunate that old school craft of makeup art is mostly replaced with cg.

You can still find it in lower budget films. And there seem to be endless 70s and 80s horror films to watch with practical effects, at least.

Tom the master. I've probably seen this movie more times than any other in my life thus far. I quote the movie often. My wife makes me a cake for every birthday. I'm a lucky fellow. Anyway, I use it as an excuse to walk around all day saying, "Bedelia, where's my cake?" I'm sure that she wants to strangle me by the end of the day 😅

It's the most fun you'll ever have being scared! That's 100% fact! Let's see now...how many characters were killed in this movie. Let's add them up, segment by segment, and find out... 1: Father's Day-Mr. Peter Yarborough, Nathan Grantham, Aunt Bedelia, Henry... oops! I meant "Hank", Mrs. Danvers, Aunt Sylvia, Richard and Cass. (Richard and Cass weren't shown being killed by Nathan Grantham's Corpse, but you can bet that they either died from sheer terror and fright, or that Nathan Grantham got both of them. 2:The lonesome death of Jordy Verrill- Just Jordy. 3: Something to tide you over-Harry, Becky, and then Richard. 4: The Crate-Mike The Janitor, Charlie Gereson, and Wilma Northrup, Henry's hen-pecking "Wife"! That crazy thing must've been really hungry! In a relatively short space of time, it ate Three human beings! Well.....two human beings, and Wilma! I love that line! 5:They creep up on you:First, Upson Pratt hears the news, that Norman Castonmeyer shot himself, as the direct result of a disastrous board meeting, in the which he finds out that he has lost everything, financially speaking. Then, towards the end of this buggy little terror tale, Upson Pratt ends up having a fatal Heart Attack, falls dead on his bed...and gets his innards eaten out by a huge swarm of Cockroaches! "What's the matter, Mr. Pratt? Bugs got yer tongue"?!? If only Mr. White, the Maintenance Man, had only known just how totally spot-on his question was...I wonder: Would he still have asked that question? I'll bet he still would! So... let's see now...8 from the first segment, 1 from the second segment, 3 from the third segment, 3 from the fourth segment...if you still wanna count Wilma...and 2 from the last segment. 8+1+3+3+2=17. Oops! Let's not forget Billy's Father. His death was death by Voodoo Doll! So that makes 18 victims, in all. See ya next time, kiddies! And remember:Try to stay scared!!!

Glad to see the crew had the same reaction as i did with the roaches bursting out of the body they all collectively went EEEWWW ooooohhh aahhhhhhh im terrified of roaches because of this movie im glad to finally see it behind the scenes and remind myself that its all theatrics

@@prd2bevgy not all were killed, many managed to escape and future generations are still "creeping" around the suburbs of Pittsburgh (where Creepshow was shot) rumor has it...

In the first part of the movie, with the "Father" having Sex Books under the Underwear part of his clothing, that was in the Drawer, and the "Son", having the Creepshow Comic Book-It proves one thing. We all have what pleases us, in this life! However, "Daddy" threw away his "Son's" Comic Book, totally ignorant of the fact that, unbeknownst to him, the "Son" had already cut out an ad for a Voodoo Doll, and had not only sent and paid for it, but it was already in his possession, hidden away somewhere. So.....since "Daddy" decided to throw away his "Son's" Comic Book, "Sonny-Boy" decided that "Daddy" was a suitable victim for the Ol' Voodoo Doll treatment! What he didn't know, was that, every time he stabbed the Voodoo Doll in the neck, "Daddy" was feeling the pain-Literally! Bye bye, "Daddy"!!!
