@@AmericanDiary01 For me it's a new curry! Nothing funny about it! We were brought up outside Kerala. In Bombay to be precise. While my mother prepared the usual dishes of Kerala, she had never made this. Today, as a 75 year old male living in Chennai, I try out new recipes as cooking is my passion for the past five odd years. By the way, 2AmericanDiary0, do you claim to know every dish from Kerala?!

തക്കാളി, ഉള്ളി, പച്ചമുളക്, മുളക് പൊടി , ഉപ്പ് എന്നിവ ആദ്യം കൈ കൊണ്ടു തന്നെ നന്നായി ഞെരടി പത്തു മിനിറ്റ് അടച്ചുവെച്ച് പിന്നീട് പാചകം ചെയ്താൽ കറി വേറെ ലെവലായിരിക്കും.
