On Today's Episode:
Are your daily habits helping you stack daily wins you need to get closer to the success you dream of? The answer is either yes or no. Your current situation is a direct result of your current routines and habits. Either they are working for you and helping you move forward or they aren’t.
Today’s guest is a self-made millionaire who has mastered the savage mindset that allows him to get sh*t done and build multiple million dollar businesses and franchises. Bedros Keuilian is the CEO of Fit Body Bootcamp and the mastermind behind the BK Podcast, The Squire Program, and many more.
Becoming hyper successful is anchored to your ability to master your routines and live your life by rules that help you succeed. If you’re not sure where you’re getting your morning routine wrong or how to approach the battle of business, and you’re worried about failing this is a must watch for you.
Not seeing success now just means it’s time to assess, pivot and move quickly to start living the life you want. Maybe it’s time for you to get savage.

To answer the question. We are all born a shinning bright light and the traumas of life dim it. The challenge is to not allow life's experiences, situations and unfairness to extinguish the light completely.

However, for all of the all or nothing thinkers... If your morning sucks, the day is not lost. Take some deep breaths, take a nap, scream in a pillow, whatever, and then start over even if it's 3:00pm. Take a moment to choose something to accomplish and do your best to. It's ok if it doesn't get finished, just start it today, then start with a better morning the next day and finish it then. This morning thing isn't ruined if you mess up sometimes. The effort alone is making you better. 🙂

When I start a podcast to better my self. And the first line is, don’t start your day with social media. I feel like I’m doing better than the people on the pod cast. I had Facebook for one month 10 years ago, it only took me one month to know social media is unhealthy in many ways physically and mentally.

Great content as usual. Thank you! My number 1 habit is to prioritize my tasks in order to focus on the 20% of efforts that will bring 80% of results. As for people who are stuck, as long as they don't fix their subconscious conditioning, they will exclude progress, because they still believe that they don't deserve it. Perseverance is a strength that can be trained. Self-confidence, too.

How do we nudge toward love? They try to fight violence with more violence. This is not the way. A single act of kindness can circle the globe. Buy a stranger lunch, they hold a door open for someone else, that person let's someone in traffic, that person gives a homeless man 10 dollars, and on and on. This is how we fight the darkness. Do not simply give to charity, be charitable. Treat one another as what we are, family.

The story of the ant.... I step barefoot into a field of grass. As I do, an ant crosses my path. He has two choices; he can go around me, or he can go over me. But to him I am but a part of the landscape. If I spoke to him, my voice would be but a gentle breeze, for he has no ears to hear me. And, if he could, he would not know my words. God is like this to us, and we are like the ant. We see God all the time, we simply have no idea what we are looking at. Perhaps he speaks as well, but we do not know his words. How arrogant is a man who knows of the smaller things but believes in nothing larger? Absence of proof is not proof of absence. If one believes that at the core of reality all things are made of the same substance. The so called God particle. Then what does this mean? Nothing can be made that does not already exist. So, life is. It is a component of the very substance of reality. So, yes, their is a God. And, yes, we are part of something far greater than ourselves.

@@chasemagness6824 See if you like this one. The monk and the rose...A man set out on a journey of ten thousand miles. When he reached the great temple he said to the holy man, ( I have traveled ten thousand miles to ask you the question. What is the meaning of life?) The monk replied, (I see your sacrifice and what you ask is not unreasonable. Life is one of a few special words that is both a noun and a verb. It is not merely to be alive but to live. It can be meaningless if you let it. If you fail to impart meaning to it. And, it is difficult to measure because we cannot know it's measure until it has ended. But the answer to your question is to live. But now, the elders of the universe have also sent me a question. I will ask you. What in life has meaning? If the meaning of life is to live, then by definition that which has meaning must make you feel alive. It's the feeling you get when you hold your child for the first time. It's there in all the new places you've never been. Every goal you achieve. But it's deeper. I hold a rose and I say that it is beautiful. But if I peeled away every pedal, I could never find the source. The beauty I saw was in me. The rose was but a mirror. So the lesson is, you cannot find in the world what you do not carry with you. You are the meaning.) Then the man and the monk sat and talked more. And this to had meaning.

The MJ / Prince story is brilliant. I have been channelling alot of philosophical concepts that i know are true because i didnt read a book or multiple books and summarise others ideas into my own. In fact i have been riding immense highs in my mood and utter clarity and sheer confidence in expressing my ideals although they are pretty much all counter intuitive. The incredible “conspiracy from our universe” is that as i have channelled these concepts within weeks im hearing someone on JR or Lex or similar podcast repeat almost the same concept.

As an author and philosopher, I've noticed this phenomenon as well. I'm not well known (yet). 😊 I've written essays and come up with things that I've watched famous folks share online in their own books and on interviews...the exact same phrases that I know I didn't hear before I wrote it. I believe that on the level of thought we are deeply connected. Perhaps I'm a thought generator that helps others to become successful? Perhaps we all have that ability? Interesting idea...I look forward to someone grabbing it and running with it! Ha!
