For anyone who doesn't know Tom and Giovanna, back story time: They met at theatre school when they were teenagers and obvs started dating after a while, Gi's maiden name meant that she sat next to Tom in assembly because it was alphabetical so that's hella cute, McFly's song "All About You" is actually about Gi (that's why he ended with it), the choir is the choir from the theatre school they used to go to that's why she totally fangirled, and yeah that's about it
