🧰 I've posted about this Milwaukee router before and I'm going to do it again. It deserves it. And I love routing deck boards with it and coving FJP for custom trim build-ups.
A couple things I like about this tool is the wide, circular baseplate that comes with it. It ships with the typical, smaller base plate, which is fine-ish, but with all that battery up top, it was a bit tippy. Wide baseplate...problem solved.
One of my favorite features is the insta-stop bit. Fantastic for safety.
A safety tip: If you store the tool like I do--in a box with other tools--remove the battery every.single.time. While it has not happened to me, it is not inconceivable a tool with a battery on it could rest on something just right and--boom--you're suddenly at 3500 rip 'ems.

Maybe try a bigger battery. Seems like the 12 amp isn’t cutting it….

I upped the entire rig to the Bosch and plugged in (great saw, by the way) and, bubkus. The cut was tough because 75-year old Doug fir is hard.

When I try cut plywood trim with my Milwaukee router the tool all the time turn off

I often do. I wear those ear plugs on a plastic ring. I swear I thought they were trying to dig their way through my brain to touch each other inside my head. I've had safety glasses divert stuff TOWARD my eyes.
