While in the Marine Corps, whenever one of my younger Marines' wives would give birth I would give them the assignment to listen to this song while really listening to the lyrics without any distractions. They would always say something like "Staff Sergeant, why would you do that to me?" Because you really should take the time to appreciate the love of your child and that child's mother.

Those are the actual people who voted for tyranny over freedom, establishment over a true chance at relative freedom. It is only the heartless that are capable of either monstrously: disliking something so beautiful such as this video and disliking an actual shot at political and economic freedom for our country. It is no coincidence. Those who dislike beauty also dislike political and econonmic freedom and prosperity for their fellow mankind.

This song was released in 1994 so it was close to the 80's. Can you react to George Strait Check Yes or No, Amarillo by Morning, Give it Away, Love without End Amen or write this down.

I feel this song, l lost my wife two days after my daughter was born. She never got a chance to see her. Rips my heart out. I would have traded places in a heartbeat.

Shan Htet Aung You’re right, it is Love, Me. But no one ever knows what I’m talking about when I call it that. So I grew up calling it If You Get There Before I Do. And it seems like others have as well. I’m just glad the song is being remembered. It’s so beautiful.
