He is a competitive trainer with kindless and full of justice. It brought him deep relationship with those Pokémon. However, this kind of training method can't make him winning everything, just spending time after time on things irrelevant with leveling up. But as someone said , he is a hero to the Pokémon.

Gible's capture episode seems pretty interesting! Although they do need to stop shoving TR into episodes just for the sake of...well..yeah. It's a shame Gible didn't get that much character development though. This list is definitely full of some memorable moments in the anime that have happened.

I feel like Primeape & Palpitoad should at least be honorable mentions. They were both some of the most intense capture battles in the series, with the former showing growth for Ash in wanting to show wants to prove he’s as good as other trainers, and the latter going along with Oshawott overcoming its problem of closing its eyes while using Aqua Jet.

I was thinking about litten capture in this whole video and got me anxious when it got to number 2 but still no litten yet And then number 1 is truly what it deserves, not only it’s the most heartbreaking episode yet, it’s convinced me to watch a whole sun and moon anime and got so many good moments after that (oh that poipole farewell :’()
