I would’ve been fine with a more lighthearted TT targeted towards kids. The fact that the series goes out of its way though to give the older fanbase the middle finger though is unforgiveable.

Breaking news: the female voice over lady from WatchMojo has been admitted into the hospital. She is report to have suffered internal bleeding, brain damage and what doctors are saying “just dying a little inside”. What really annoys me about the show is that the titans sometimes act as if Robin isn't the leader and hardly listen to him. You know that episode with bumblebee in it? They hit him so hard that they knocked him out of the tower. Also with Bumblebee, all the Titans acted like jerks towards her, not letting her sit anywhere and made her sleep in a highly toxic room. Not to mention that they didn't let her eat and never acknowledged that she was there.

That's my main problem with Teen Titans Go: they have so many opportunities to give positive insight about their topics, but they treat it as a joke and unintentionally promote negative insight. For example, when the Titans scolded Raven for being too honest and she was cursed by Trigun to make people happy by lying. Prime example for me, when Beast Boy made himself leader and Robin didn't know how to regain control without resorting to violence.

Well, it's true. The original wasn't perfect, but it was leagues better than this. I can't remember one episode of the original that insulted the intelligence of the viewers, insulted the critics, where the Titans terrorize each other for the LARFS, teach actual and sarcastic lessons in the Exact same way, show some Seriously nasty images; I could go on!

This is easier to make and write. That's why they continue to do this. And there was that whole hype where they're blackmailing the audience of the original series into going to see the Teen Titans Go movie under the pretenses that they MIGHT think about doing a new series.

Wally T should have been number 1 or at least dishonorable mention. the fact that the shows creators used a dying kid from make a wish foundation voice himself (very little at that and supposedly removed his lines anyway) and then used the sick kid as a way to block genuine criticism towards the show is not only makes it a very bad episode but also shows what kinda scum bags the creators really are.

One episode I had the laugh the most was when Raven AKA Lady Leggasus turned the Titans legs into strong weapons, that's when the creators of the show made the spoof of the transformations earning or powering up Sailor Moon style. I got to say the transformations, the music, and the posses just nailed for stealing Sailor Moon there.

"friends, I am locked in the cringe position." I thought that was pretty funny. I'm 20 and have causally watched episodes of the OG show and this show. And while they are wholey different types of shows, I do enjoy Teen Titans Go. I think the hate this show gets stems from fans of the OG show being sad that they stopped doing that show and do this instead, but CartoonNetwork is a business, and it's obvious that this show makes them a shit ton more money then the other show. This is still a quality show IMO, just obviously very different from the OG show which was also quality programming.

For me, the show was alright at first. There were some episodes I did enjoy and did find funny, but then they got worse. What's more, CN oversaturated the airwaves with TTG, rerunning and marathoning it when it had only been out for less than a year. Ultimately, I got sooooo sick of seeing it all the time.

If you want the real worst episode look no further than Wally T. While what they were claiming to do "fulfilling the kids wish" all it is is a very loosely veiled attempt to shield themselves while they jab at the og fans. "A fan has to tough it out because of a sense of commitment" and the whole "oh everyone hates us but this one kid". The worst part is the kids wish was reportedly to voice act and they had tara strong do his only line thus not even fulfilling his wish

Disclaimer: I am a fan of the old teen titans. I hated animated drama when this show was around, but it was the only one out of all those action cartoon shows that not only interested me, but actually kept me emotionally invested in something that wasn't in the slightest my cup of tea. I love that Teen Titan Go exists. There is no show in existence with so much balls as to directly attack the audience watching it so as to troll them. They troll sooooo hard in this show it's really pissing people off, and its HILARIOUS! It's a success in spite of all the contempt it displays for fans of the original teen titans, fans of the new show itself, etc.. And to top it all of and piss everyone completely off, they drop a fucking movie! Like seriously, how disrespectful is it that the original, dark, deeper series didn't even inspire DC to make a live action teen titans movie... But they make a fucking Teen Titans Go movie like 3 years after the shows run began. How salty does that make the original fans? Also. What a dick move by all involved. Cartoon network for hiring the same voice actors from the original show and allowing certain scripts/storylines to air And DC for allowing one of their most popular and well recieved, as well as respected, commercial properties for allowing it to become a complete parody of itself. The more you peel back the layers of outright contempt for it's product and consumers, the funnier it gets lmao

"Serious Business" and "Waffles" were the best interpretations of juvenile humor. These were also in Season 1. "The Return of Slade" that was in late Season 2, was the start of the hypocritical downward slope that TTG would slide down in Season 3.

I honestly tried to give this show a chance. When the first episode aired (I think the one about the legendary sandwich?) at first I was like 'wtf is this?' when I saw the art style but I kept watching and kinda liked it. As the episodes went on I became more and more annoyed with it and had to constantly remind myself not to judge it for not being the original, but that just got harder to do when they started to insult the fans of the 2003 series. That and the fact that CN decided to air it like all the time just made me start to really not like it. If someone is a fan of it then that's fine, at least they can find some enjoyment out of it, but I'll stick to the 2003 series if I want to watch something Teen Titans related. I mean not all TTG episodes are bad, like I said I kinda liked it at first and I actually like the episode with that song The Night Begins To Shine in it, but the majority of them are just not for me.

Teen titans go is a overhated show. You have to remember its targeted towards kids not 13 and up. Also some jokes aren't as bad as you think, also its not the shows fault that it shows it, its whoever chooses to keep on showing it, next us teen titansOG fans kinda deserves to get hated on by ttg creators themselves (return of slade), I mean before we did give out a lot of hate because we miss the original, also ttg to the movies wasn't actually that bad, I mean they got Stan Lee on the movie that's gotta say something right?? Finally there are also people who are annoying about the fact the OGtitans ended. I still like the original better, but that doesn't mean that ttg is all that bad.
