I heard a story from someone I know that Catherine O'Hara and Eugene Levy were really open to suggestions on-set, even from extras or background characters. It's so great to hear that even such successful veterans are willing to learn from others!

A scene that makes me cry every time is when Moira shows up with the Jazzigals at Alexis' graduation. Alexis' smile is every kid when they see there parents at a play, etc. It reminded me of my mother who worked and was barely able to attend events like that but once showed up to the Christmas school play and saw me in the Christmas Carol. 😭😁

I will be very honest, I have seen Schitt’s Creek pop up on my Netflix suggestions to watch for the past 2 years. The title of the show didn’t pull me in. When the stay home order began in March of this year. We needed something to watch because there was nothing to do. I began to watch it and it was kinda rough for the first few episodes. But it got so much better!! We finished the whole show in the Spring and we already watched the whole show again. It’s the best show that I have seen in a while.

A friend of mine told me about the show when it first aired on Netflix and like you the title didn't do anything for me but because she kept insisting that I watch it, I looked at the first episode and couldn't get past it. It wasn't until the show won al of its Emmy's I thought I must be missing something and after getting past the first few episodes I binged watched it in record time and whenever I need a laugh (given today's climate is a lot of times) I go back and watch it! The Emmys were well deserved!

Normally I'm against shows doing a spin off because it can devalue to quality of a show. But I feel like Schitts Creek has a lot more story to tell and I would rather have a reboot. If we were to get a spin-off, it'd need to be a prequel following Alexis and her travels. Getting kidnapped around the world, doing her reality show, just fun light content.

That's one of my favorite lines in the entire series. It's just too funny. Hopefully, Stevie finds true love, and see if Twyla explores to the world, see if Mutt takes over as mayor from Roland, have Jocelyn and the Jazzagals go on tour, see how successful everyone is or isn't. Maybe that they finally find a buyer for Schitt's Creek or something, who wants to demolish the town, as point of conflict. I miss this show already!

I was sceptical going in because I figured it would be the standard "fish out if water" plot, but its genuinely just a staggering piece of art. I have watched SOOOOOO many videos/posts abour Schitt's Creek and always look through the comments and EVERY POST- the comments are ALWAYS beautiful, positive and LOVING loving comments. It'S rare that u can go ANYWHERE on the net anx not see some negativity...but i literally have never seen ANY in ANY of the (zillions) of videos/posts Ive read the comments for. LOVE this show, its been so long since i have fallen head over heals for a tv show. I binged the entire 6 seasons in like a week. I love Patrick and David's relationship... and Alexis' and David are the most real sibling relationship i have ever see on tv. the Love hate is great.

When they swept the Emmys I was like “why did this show win every single award like was there nothing better? I get a few but why a clean sweep” then I decided to watch it and now I get why (Although I still really wish D’Arcy Carden won supporting actress because her acting on the good place is so challenging and demanding, and she does it brilliantly. I love Annie though)

So true!! I fell into the sitcom hole bc of The Office, then BBT, then I found Modern Family. And so, I was really in dire thirst of a new sitcom. And MF really had a huge impact on me when it comes to family sitcoms. And when I learned SC swept the awards I was intrigued. Although the name didn't clicked on me. I still watched it and goddamn. It deserved it's wins. The best of all sitcoms. To how it started, the comedy, the dynamics, arcs, growth, and ending! Some sitcoms tend to go stale but this one didn't. Even though it's just 6 season it feels so much more than that and I'm fulfilled at the pacing and growth they went through

If anyone deserved an Emmy, it’s Noah Reid. He is a broadway performer, Actor and Musician. The guy is straight but played a gay role really well. David’s role would not have been what it is without Noah Reid as Patrick. I can’t believe he didn’t win. Dan Levy to me gave us a typical gay guy act on TV.

I've told so many people to watch this show and I always tell them to give it at least 5 episodes and, if they're not into by then, maybe it's just not for them. Every single one of them has been glad they stuck it out. Personally, I loved it from the first scene. I've watched the entire series at least 6 times now and I still cry at the same scenes. It's legitimately one of the best shows ever made.

I binged watched Schitts Creek yesterday to its last season and since then I'm watching all the KZfaq videos of it. It deserves a new season. David-Patrick need to have babies, Alexis needs to marry Ted, Stevie needs a partner, Twyla also needs a partner and Moira-Johny, Rolland-Jocelyn, Ronnie and others needs to grow more. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@dwa3210 Hey, thanks for your reply. Well, I would love to watch how Moira who once was mean and dramatic had changed now after doing Sunrise Bay Reboot, it will be good to see her humanity at times. For Johny it will not be easy to set up the Motel business, we can have many scenes of him with Stevie and Rolland, planning things out and how they do it will be interesting. We never saw Ronnie's storyline, I believe she's Lesbian, how funny she is and how she lives her life with her lover will be interesting too. Jocelyn should become more confident, and it will be amazing to watch how she will handle Jake as well as Rolland Junior here. So they all have got so much on their platter right now. They can literally expand a lot in these characters. How will Moira and Johny behave when they become Grandmother/Grandfather. Roses have kind of adopted Stevie and she deserves love story too. We need to see how David adjusts with Patrick's parents. I want David-Patrick to have two babies, one from each. Alexis needs to marry Ted, because Ted was awesome for her. They can show how these days couple do long distance relationship and it can be handled if you really love a person. They can show her to be loyal to him.

this contains two of the best moira moments. Neither of them involved her talking and both of them show what a ridiculously talented actress Catherine O'Hara is. First, when Alexis is doing her song and starts the 'la, la, la', Moria gives Jocelyn a little kick under the table. Doesn't say a thing but you know what that means 'this is painful, I can put an end to it but you can Do it!'. Second, when Patrick is singing - David and Moira just had a conversation about how humiliating this will be (her offer to pull the fire alarm is so sweet), and then he starts singing and she grabs David's arm - again, no words, just a gesture that says everything. So sweet! Catherine O'Hara is a goddess. I want to bear her children.

Re-watching Schitt’s Creek while bed-ridden with Covid during an ice storm in Greenville TX...with no electricity. The ONLY thing getting me through all this is SC (& and my hubby and our pups). Decided to look at KZfaq videos as well. Yours is the first one to mention that Daniel Levy said there was chance that the gang may get back together some day (paraphrasing). A girl can dream. Thank you for simply the best thing to look forward to...❤️🙏🏻

I watched this show continuously when it was on Pop. Now I rewatch an episode at night before bedtime. In all this craziness of 2020, I need a laugh to put me in the mood sleep.... to set aside all the nuttiness..... I think I’m on my 4th rewatch and I’m now in Season Six. I see and hear something new each and every re watch. Call me crazy. This show is timeless, genuine and so sweet. Each and every character is perfect. If I had to pick one, I would say Annie Murphy. What an actress. Her comedic acting skills and her scene with Ted ending by mutual consent, was beautiful. I cried. I can’t wait to see her in anything.... drama, comedy, more Alexis!
