Top 3 (In my opinion): 1. Friend Like Me 2. You're Welcome 3. Under the Sea While we enjoy the main protagonists' songs so much, sidekick songs are also great songs to listen as these are some of the greatest songs in animated movie history. Friend Like Me is the best sidekick song I've heard because it so catchy and energetic, you would be dancing to it, Robin Williams did a fantastic performance for the character and the song. You're Welcome is the next best song because it is one of the best recent songs in movies that I couldn't get out of my head, and it was sang by the Rock, Dwayne Johnson! What!?! Who knew he was multi-talented! For an actor who is an actor and pro wrestler, he has such an amazing voice, I respect him! And of course, Under the Sea was another great catchy song, it deserved the last spot. Hakuna Matata definitely deserves a mention because it is such a great catchy song to make you feel relax and not worry about the stuff around you, however, the reason why it is not in my Top 3 is because in the movie when they played the song the singing stops every once in a while, with Timone and Pumbaa explaining Simba how they live their lives without any worries and that takes a step back from me.

I don’t know if it counts but “Whistle Stop” from Robin Hood always brings me joy.

"Friend like Me" is also awesome in Aladdin the musical😃

Let's be honest, the Live Action remakes for Friend like Me and Be Our Guest are pretty damn good in their own right, just not repeats of the originals.

Ηοw quickly have the years gone by....I remember all these songs, especially from the "Little Mermaid", my daughter's favourite movie-now she is 30... And the song from Alladin my son's favourite -he's now 36 ! Whenever each of them had a fever, whenever school was not an option we would watch again and again and again ! (There were no cellphones back then)

I feel like Iago's "I'm Looking Out for Me" should've been an honorable mention.

I think the coolest thing about Hakuna Matata was that it was briefly heard during the climax of Toy Story.

So I know Rafiki from "The Lion King" isn't a sidekick, per sé, but I feel like "Upendi" from Lion King 2 should have made this list. Such an uplifting song!
