Who remember those good old time watching Power Rangers?

I remember how normal it was and still is to say among my friends that I want one of those morphing devices bracelet. Not kidding here, in my neighborhood there weren't future astronauts, nor racecars drivers, nor any normal kids dreams to grow up. Everyone wanted to be a power ranger, hell if we had a crazy lunatic causing panic I will eBay myself a suit and go take care of him myself.

everyone always brings up pudgy pig, but I'll never forget the terror toad. The Terror Toad legit ate 4 of the rangers and you could see their faces on his belly. It was terrifying.

Really glad King Sphinx made the list, if only they did more with him.

Blue Globbor is a decent #1 - he was pretty creepy. And I'm glad Nimrod from 'White Light' was an honorable mention. There are seriously so many iconic monsters from the MMPR series though - Lizzinator, Lipsticker, Peckster, Pumpkin Rapper...to name a few!

Pudgy Pig creeped the hell out of me when i was a kid.

It's worth noting that in Super Sentai, Tankenstein's giant form was actually the Dark Fortress itself in combat mode. No wonder its American counterpart was so powerful.

One cannot deny the sheer awesomeness of the metal riff background music in the original series.

The Pig One and Goldar were my favorite Action Figures to make the Power Rangers fight growing up

Love this list even though it's messed up. Because it reminds me why I loved the PR franchise, had an awsome mix of monsters ranging from sheer goofy pragmatics to badass invulnerables.

When i was young if love to wake up on a saterday morning and watch this show for hours while playing with my power ranger toys and eating cookies 😊 ahh, memories!

My favourite enemy from the series was always Cyclopsis, but it wasn't really a "monster"; it was an enemy Zord that Goldar piloted, so I guess it didn't count for this list. Seriously kicked the Rangers' asses in the 2-part story 'Doomsday' though- I remember it being the first time I could recall that the Rangers were just flat-out defeated.

Blue Ooze was one of the more creepier looking monsters I have to say here, and that's great indeed for a children's show!!!!!!! Also I had close to all of the first series monster action figures as a child.

Here's some monsters not mentioned on this list that I felt were pretty good. Nasty Knight Dark Warrior Frankenstein Cyclops The Mutant Rangers Soccadillo Lizzinator /despite his bad German accent/

Mirloc is actually the one of the most serious monsters in the power rangers universe, I think it would be awesome if he is gonna be in the new movie

I always wondered.... why non of the villains took a few pages from Robonic or more importantly Dr. Wily and build a devil series robot... That would have been epic!

I honestly like Mirloc due to his role in SPD probably one of my all time favorite monsters

I kind of wish Waspicable (in Space) or Notacon (Time Force) were on the list to demonstrate that not all the monsters in the show are bad, I also wish this video has mentioned that Arachnor could scan the Rangers' weaponry & adapt to them or how the Mut Orgs resemble a mashup of past monsters

I have a soft spot for Venjix's first body based on the design alone. He got his ass kicked all the time, but the design was awesome.

Does anyone else here remember the flasher monster from the Mighty Morphin era?

Not counting the honorable mention, 60% of the monsters on the list came from the Zordon Era (seasons 1-6), which is less than 30% of the entire series (currently at season 22 or 23, I'm not sure which).

My personal favorite was always Eye Guy. He's just a really cool design, and he had that whole regeneration thing going on that let him tank a hit from the megazord's sword.

The series of each villain: 10-MMPR. 9- In Space. 8- Wild Force. 7- Lightspeed Rescue. 6- Zeo from the MMPR villains. 5- SPD. 4- Lost Galaxy. 3- MMPR. 2- In Space. 1- MMPR.

Dude, back when I was a little kid, that Barillian Bug episode of "Power Rangers: In Space" scared the hell out of me. I always tried to avoid watching it whenever I could.

I miss the actress that played Trini.

Definitely the one where they stuggle against it to start with then pull together and beat it. Then it turns giant so they have to call the zords in to finish it off... Oh wait.

I agree with most of them but I would switch out Pudgy Pig for Loyax from Lost Galaxy.

I always thought the Psycho Rangers were some of the most epic enemies ever.

Greenzilla could've been on the list. He was the 2nd or 3rd strongest Villain the Dino Charge Rangers ever fought. He effortlessly took down multiple megazord combinations, a few, like Pachy formation, with just one hit.

Gosh, I remember waching this as a kid, before pokemon. The monsters was indeed the coolest part of the show. Particularly remember a creature composed of many eyes. VR Troopers had some cool villains too...

Used to love watching mmpr as a kid lol. I always think it's the best because I grow up with it.

I cant believe that I watch this when I was a kid, funny thing, because I also watched Babylon 5 and Batman TAS that were much more darker in tone.

You know who needs to be on the list? The Terror Toad. Swallow the Rangers whole with either his giant energy tongue or his long regular one, and then the faces appear on his stomach... scared the hell out of me when I was a kid. And then there's the one from Samurai that causes you to feel extreme hunger, like you're starving to death, and the more you eat the WORSE it gets! It's not always just "get those Rangers," there are some monsters that were truly sadistic.

I do love Mirloc. He was great. I feel like Chamelic should have been on the list rather than an honorable mention. I'm surprised that none of Lord Zedd's monsters from Season 2 didn't make it. The majority of them brought the rangers to their knees and were the closest to defeating the rangers. Tsk, tsk, tsk

I really liked Dash from Power Rangers Time Force. He was a racer who was friends with Lucas but caused an accident that hurt a bunch of people. The episode was one of the few good Lucas development episodes with a sympathetic villain at its heart. Waspicable was also another monster that was not really evil in Power Rangers in Space

they forgot Pirantishead...he froze, then destroyed the original Zords on his own

No Lizzinator? Dude was beast, throwing cars at the rangers and had an nearly impervious armor. Plus his accent was so entertaining.

What about the monsters that Sledge, Poisandra, evil Heckyl, and Lord Arcanon created in both seasons? Heck, Nightmare is a real nightmare as the fish monster in the same season they're both in are even Half Bake and Cavity! Total badass! I think you should do part 2 of the top 10 Best Power Ranger Monsters.

The Frankenstein Monster. It was able to knock the Rangers and their Zords around like toys until they just barely got in a good shot while it was boasting by shoving a giant drill through its chest.

Some of my favorite MMPR monsters that aren't mentioned on the list would include Gnarly Gnome, Eye Guy, Madame Woe, and Socadillo.

i remember being a kid in elementary school thinking power rangers were so lame and dorky only for wierd kids...then i watch an episode where the fuckin red ranger uses a sword to cut energy blasts from a fuckin crab monster then crab becomes giant and the whole thing escalates into a kaiju fight...i became a fan at 18...

number 9 if you ever see that episode know right now that is a damn good episode that is the right way to do Power Rangers not that there's a particular wrong way you have your more campy seasons and you have your more dark seasons but that was by far one of my favourites from In space

The Psycho Rangers were some of the baddest mothafuckahs of all time! They outmatch the Space Rangers in almost every way and if you beat one you couldn't beat the others in the same way. Their fatal flaw though was the fact that they were too obsessive about defeating their corresponding ranger to the point of selfishness.

From Power Rangers Megaforce/Super Megaforce, you have Skatana from episode 03 of Super Megaforce: "Blue Saber Saga" because he's voiced by Nic Sampson (Chip Thorn/Yellow Mystic Ranger) from Power Rangers Mystic Force. And for Dino Charge/Dino Super Charge, you have Ice-age, Scrapper, Slammer, Spellbinder, Stingrage, Duplicon, Puzzler, Bones, Smokescreen, Gold digger, Meteor, Wish Star, Cavity, Game Face, Ninja, Hunter, Spell Digger, Greenzilla and Badussa. Seriously, dude!!! Most of these monsters of the week from Dino Charge/Dino Supercharge have simple, but basic names. How do I know this?! Because two of the monsters of the week for the two-part T-Rex Super Charge/Aqua Ranger episodes are named Ninja and Hunter, respectively. Because one of them actually looks like a ninja and is named, "NINJA!!!!" while the other is named "Hunter" because he keeps saying the word, "hunt" in EVERYTHING!!!!!!

No regrets.....been watching the series for almost a month now. I'm at where Jason Zack and Trini left. Rumors are the three wanted more money. Not surprised in the entertainment business.
