I've always loved the look of those cleavers since I've seen one on AlmazanKitchen channel. One of the best additions to my cooking gear would be a typical welders type wire brush. Instead of getting the tip and edge of a knife to scrape and cut away the crust off a jaffle in a jaffle iron, go it with a wire brush. It gets right in there and cleans the edges of the iron for way easier extraction of the jaffle.

I have recently bought an Ozbraii, the name we called them when I was growing up was a grid iron. Slightly different design in that it is not a basket but it was good heavy duty wire and is still going strong today. It's been in the family for over 50 years.
