Normally these kinds of commented lists are helpful, because some people dont oganize the information well, or ramble on for video length, etc. In this case youre doing this man a disservice. He is actually presenting a lot of good knowledge and anyone that wanted to skip ahead to read the list just had to click towards the end of the video... so you are not only needlessly redundant but also trying to take away from his viewership.

I had 4 weeks off processed food then i got a new job and to celebrate i thought i would come off my eating plan for a few days... Well... I've gone off chocolate, pizza, cake, crisps, chips, processed crap, sweet popcorn etc. It's actually incredible. Seed oils. Flour and sugar make me feel sick. And the worst thing was my body. It felt like I'd aged 20 years. The inflammation. The legs and whole body seized up. In the morning i couldn't walk properly. I was waddling. Like an old person. My flexibility had gone. My face swelled. I felt sick. It mentally and physically attacked me. Actually blew my mind. So straight back onto clean whole eating i go. Food is so powerful. I don't think people realise.

Actually that margarine bit was so much worse back in the day. i remember when i was a kid and people said "fats are bad for your health" they also said "eat more margarine, because it was the heart healthy alternative". i specifically remember my parents and grandparents specifically say "don't get butter, get margarine"

just want to say that I have followed your advice and you honestly may have saved my life... I was 287 pounds with a 90 resting heartbeat and a average of 165 / 90 blood pressure WITH medications. I was just recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I saw one of your videos and starting to put your methods into practice. It has been 3 and a 1/2 months and I am down in weight from 287 pounds to 228 pounds! My resting heart rate has gone down to 77 beats a minute! My blood pressure has gone down to 120 / 70 and my blood sugar never goes past 100 even when i eat! (Says around 80 while fasting). I cannot express my gratitude enough Sir, you have My respect and I truly believe in your truth because I live it! Crazy to think that some people's baseline resting heart rate is 90, I had that rate just before being diagnosed with lymphoma, and not a small one mind you, 14 cms wide in the lungs! When I was 15 I think aspartame had just came out and nobody knew at that time how toxic that stuff was. I used to drink Diet Coke every day. About a year later when I was 16. I started getting seizures in my sleep. Nobody could figure out what was causing these seizures. I went to neurologists and they put me on anti seizure medicines. It helped but I was still getting seizures ( I was still drinking driest coke). It wasn’t until a few years later when I was 18. I had my first seizure while awake. I fell and hit my head. I still have a knot and scar there on my forehead where I hit it. I was rushed to the hospital and the doctor looked at my medical history and saw I was taking Tegretol ( anti seizure medicine ) but was still having seizures periodically. So he asked me on that day what I had eaten. I told him my lunch and a Diet Coke. And it was like the pieces all fit. The doctor told me that there had been some recent studies that showed aspartame caused seizures in laboratory rats and this was in the Diet Coke. I had no idea. If the FDA knows this why are they putting it in a drink. I cut Diet Coke out altogether. And once I stopped drinking it I never had another seizure and was able to come off my seizure medicine. Today I am 51 and I will never eat, drink, or touch anything with aspartame in it again and have been seizure free since I was 18. You are right this stuff is straight up poison

The only healthier way is to buy unprocessed foods such as meets, veggies, fruits and then make anything you want from those ingredients. Learn how to make your own peanut butter, cake and icecream. Imagine nursing homes feeding these exact BAD foods with no reprucussions. I have lived in 2 nursing homes that serve these poisonous foods. every meal. There are a lot of sick people here. I told them I wanted to be served organic and raw. It took them quite a while to send me salads. That would be iceberg with carrots on top and non organic salad dressings. I sent those back and finally they sent some dark leafy greens with carrots on top covered with saran wrap and put in a cold fridge. Everything about it was cold and flat, so I rejected it. In Texas, after medicaid and the nursing home takes care of the finances I am left with $60 a month to buy myself some decent fruits and nuts and veggies. $60 is not enough. They display a form called Residents Rights on the wall but they don't follow the rules. The nutritionist said there was no basis for the foods I was talking about. She did not want to talk to me and walked out the door agitated. Her resistance tells me that these poisonous foods are being served on purpose to keep the people sick. I have listened to a lot of people talking about genocide on this earth. Serving poisonous foods on purpose keeps people sick for a long time. My feet and legs are swollen. Metabolic acidosis is the main label. Too much acid in my blood. How do I talk this nursing home into serving everyone decent, non poisonous foods? WOW.

I have not eaten any of the top 10 list since I started digesting these videos back in Jan. '23. My A1C is at 5.0, down from 7.9. I am now off all diabetic medication since March and was able to stop the last of my BP meds in June as my BP is at 118/50 with-in 5 points either way. My morning fasting glucose is between 75-100. It is so easy to do OMAD when I properly balance low carb, protein & fat. I never weigh myself except at Dr. Apts, but I am down from 208 to 145 since Jan. '23. If, (when) I feel hungry after I have had proper meals I use the bullet proof coffee, often at first but hardly ever any more. I eat 2MAD when I am with family and friends and socials. Once I learned what to eat and what not to eat, it is an easy lifestyle. It does take some time and planning, but with beef in the freezer, some emergency frozen veggies, nuts, seeds and Greek Yogurt I can always have an acceptable meal. I keep frozen Salmon and never let my shelf be empty of Sardines, eggs and avacoda. I feel great, sleep longer and better and have a great mood. I wish all Doctors would learn this lifestyle and learn specifics on blood labs and colesterol numbers so there would be back up for this lifestyle. I never stopped any medications without consultation and recommendation from my PC MD. As of 09/02/2023 everything still going very well, my weight is 140 #'s fully clothed wearing shoes. I have been 2mad and and my "cheating" has been 1/2 Asian Pare or a couple of small plums 1-2 times a week . I did stop cheese and cut my portions of Red meat & pork and eggs so my Western Doctor will not want to put me on a Collateral meds.

It's interesting what you said the artificial sweeteners. Everyone of those my mother and my sisters and brorher used those sweeteners religiously. Those packets were all over house when I was growing up. I'm the youngest and never even had a pinch of that stuff. The term "artificial sweeteners" was a turnoff for me so I never indulged it. They all drank diet sodas for decades by the caseload. My mother since passed with health disease, diabetes and kidney failure. My oldest sister also had heart disease and diabetes. At 56 she was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's. My other sister is diabetic and has congestive heart failure. My brother has heart disease. I'm just about 52 in a few weeks and never been diagnosed with a disease. Just about 5 years ago I decided I was not going to wait on a diagnosis. I focused on eating healthy. I lift weights and run sprint. I actually run a 11.4 100 meter dash at 51. I lost almost 90 lbs. I am so grateful, though I grew up on unhealthy, I didn't indulge some of the worst things you listed. A previous comment said it. ‘You are intuitively wise.’ That, in itself, is a precious gift. My wife’s family are all very heavy and they are incorrigible, and the worst of it, is that they are impervious to change or enlightenment. My wonderful wife is heavy but she eats more wisely, but internalizes all her stress and that really makes it difficult for her to be where she wants to be. I myself am at an ideal weight but I never try to inform because it’s seldom welcome especially being someone who is perceived as being ‘skinny’. That’s where these comment sections are helpful. I have a chance to vent.

By the way, since I see you and my dad have the same issue, and you are both 83, one of the things I have noticed about him is, he is so set in his ways that it is SUPER hard for him to make changes, even when they are clearly helpful. It takes him years to make healthy changes, but once he does he gets it. So, try not to be too stuck in those lifelong choices and habits. Years ago, my dad wouldn't dream of eating food that wasn't fried. He will regularly bake chicken and fish now.

If you've lived to be 83, I'd say YOU are the expert on what to eat, rather than the "doctor" in this video! I'd love to see a video made by you, about what you eat and how you've stayed healthy enough to get to age 83. :) To be clear, this is not sarcasm -- I really do like hearing what people age 80+ have to say about what they eat and how they've lived as long as they have. I hope to live at least that long myself!

At the end of December, I stopped drinking tea that I had been drinking for probably the past 15 years at least. Not realizing how much sugar and caffeine were in it. Now the tea that I was drinking, had real sugar and no fake additives, but the amount that I was drinking in a day was ridiculous. a 59 ounce container contains over 100 g of sugar. I would easily drink one of those in a day. Now, multiply that by seven days a week over 365 days and 15 years. So at the end of December, I stopped drinking tea altogether. Just drinking water. Once in a while, I have about a 16 ounce glass of tea. But it’s once in every couple days. Usually with a meal. But I live in that, it’s generally all spring water. What I noticed when I stopped drinking it, was that there were some serious withdrawal symptoms. Dizziness, racing heart, and just an overall feeling of tiredness. Which took over a month to get rid of and I still have little bouts here and there. But after a few weeks of not drinking the tea, I noticed that my sleep was deeper and longer. I wasn’t bouncing off the walls, seemingly 24 hours a day like I was… and I generally started feeling much better after those two weeks and it gradually got even better as time went on. I am now about a month and a half or more out of the tea tunnel… and I am certainly more focused than I have been in a long time. Getting things done and slowing down a lot more to enjoy the world around me. I started taking all natural supplements… the multivitamin I take is whole food, made of fruit and vegetable powders along with flowers and seeds and stuff that is good for you. It’s obviously more expensive than most vitamins, about $40 every month and a half or two. Because I don’t take the full dosage, which is supposed to be three pills a day. I generally take two. Because I let whatever food I eat also supplement that. But the supplement that I take, has stuff for brain and heart health. it has all natural stuff in it for digestion, including probiotics. it’s a men’s vitamin, so it has stuff in it to increased testosterone naturally. Along with skin and hair health. It’s a pretty rounded vitamin from primitive scientific called whole food. I would leave a link, but every time I do… It is taken off of KZfaq. I guess trying to help people is a no no here in KZfaq land. Regardless, they make it for men and women. It is loaded with vitamin D3 and K2. Which will help mood and heart health. The K2 dissolves 20:22 heart and sends calcium that you intake to your bones and keep it away from your heart. Along with all of the vitamins and minerals, you need to get and stay healthy. On top of that, I take supplements like tryptophan and theonine, along with Melatonin. The three of these help immensely with not only falling asleep, but staying asleep and sleeping deeply via REM. I haven’t slept this well since I’ve been a child. Just being able to fall asleep without Benadryl or anything else is a blessing. Because between the sugar and the Benadryl and anything else, I was taking to try to fall asleep… It would get me to fall asleep, but never deeply and only for one or two hours and it was light and never restful. So between these foods that the doc says not to eat or to eat in moderation, which is something to really remember. It’s OK to have these things every once in a while in moderation… You just have to look at the labels and make your own decision. There are whole food versions of all of these. Most ketchup is made of corn syrup and a bunch of stuff that you do not need. Yet, there are brands that are simply real tomato paste, vinegar and sugar, sometimes, honey in place of sugar. They also might be a preservative, but it’s all natural. Most foods you can get in versions like this. You just have to look at the label. do some research and make sure that anything organic you are buying, is actually organic. Because anybody can claim that something is organic. Look at the eggs for a great example. There are five different versions of supposedly organic eggs. But the only only ones that, are free range and the animals enjoy grasses and bugs as their main stay diet. Not feed, which is generally genetically modified and full of antibiotics and steroids. But again, you have to do your research. The US government is horrible when it comes to our food supply. Nearly every other country in the world has banned the use of steroids, antibiotics, chemical, preservatives, and fake sugar substitutes. Simply because they know that they are causing disease and killing people. The United States, I think is in such collusion with the corporations that make these foods… That, they are being paid to simply look the other way or to pass bills to allow it. So be proactive, not reactive. Vote for people who have our health and well-being and the fate of this country at their highest priority. Not just their election slogans. But somebody who’s going to do the work to clean up this country and make it right. On top of that, just stay vigilant, and look out for your own own health. Because nobody else is going to do it, but you. A healthy or lifestyle with real food, will make you feel better, happier and you will want to get out and do things and enjoy life. The food that has been created for us over the past 40 years has done nothing but limit our potential, by burying us under a mountain of chemicals, steroids and chemicals that we do not need and don’t exist in nature. That should say everything right there that you need to know. Have a great happy and healthy 2024 and be nice to everybody around you. You never know what’s going on in their lives and they could just be having a bad day.
