I always enjoyed how they would turn someone's actions into a description of the person. There are so many. He's a re-gifter. She's a low-talker. He's an anti-dentite. He's a close-talker. He's a high-talker. She's a two-face. He's a sideler. Still hilarious after all these years. It never ages. Funny is funny. 🤣

mine is actually jerry. jerry acts like kramer after trading apartments for a night with the red light from the chicken shop. he walks in like kramer and does the whole set. it’s great. called “the chicken roaster” btw

Very funny. But wasn't ongoing. Jerry said later that the "not that there's anything wrong with that" line was added to make sure they didn't offend the gay community. I had always understood it as an ironic statement: nothing's wrong with it, as long as we're talking about someone else.

Another notable mention: The way George orders depending on what story is being told. Example: When Elaine found out David Putty was religious and told her she was going to hell. Hearing this story, George orders devils food cake.

Right up there with "The Best" anything! Not to mention Jerry/Kenny Banya's equally quirky relationship, and don't forget Jay Petterman and his personal drawn-out stories, which, in itself, were all about nothing! Then there were a lot of those -- "Yeah, that's right", or Kramer's "Giddy up", moments!

One that I've never seen addressed is Jerry saying he doesn't want to be something or someone in a whiny voice. Sure people remember "But I don't want to be a pirate!" but he did several more times over the show's run and no one ever seems to pick up on that gag. My favorite is, "I don't want to be a cowboy!"

Another running gag is when one of the characters, usually Jerry, would mutter someone's name under their breath to themselves in contempt when they did something he didn't appreciate. The one held in contempt isn't even in the scene at the time. Typically it would be Jerry muttering "Newman" on many occasions. But also both Elaine and George muttered "Jerry" or "Kramer" under their breath in several episodes.

George referring to himself in the 3rd person only really happened in 1 ep. What about Kramer taking food from Jerry in pretty much every ep. Hell the first episode he comes in holding 2 pieces of bread and asks '"you got any meat?" I believe those were one the first words he says in the show. One thing I loved was their comments on other people. "He's a re-gifter" "A bad breaker-upper" "She's a low-Talker" Or the constant one liners -Oh yeah the blind date. -They call it a set up, I guess blind people don't like be associated with all those losers -Women don't respect Salad eaters -Breaking up is like knocking over a Coke machine. You can't do it in one push. You gotta rock it back and forth a few times and then it goes over. -She Calls me up and my office. She says "We have to talk" -Ugh. The four worst words in the English language -That or "Whose bra is this?" -That's worse -Moles - Freckle's ugly cousin -Why do they make the condom packets so hard to open? -Probably to give the woman a chance to change her mind.

10:03 "Did Jerry ever lock his door?" From what I recall, once. In the season 4 episode "The Opera." He locked his door over Crazy Joe's intimidating message, and Kramer tried to enter, but fell back as if he hit a wall.
