Chisaki's quirk Overhaul is basically disassembling and reassembling matter. It is the same as Scar's deconstruction so it wouldn't have made much of a difference. Plus, Chisaki has a limit as to how long he can use Overhaul but he could probably overclock that somehow.

The thing about the hakai, it even destroys the soul, meaning that there is no afterlife, just an unending limbo of darkness... so it is even deadlier than the number 1 because it doesn’t even need to touch its opponent since you only aim for the thing and BOOM HAKAI but the number 1 is the classic

The white whale's mist is a good one. Not only is getting hit by it instant death, every trace of your memory is wiped from existence. Except Natsuki Subaru, apparently, but it makes sense that his memory is untouched since he has memories of timelines that don't technically exist anymore.

Shiba Tatsuya's Decomposition from The Irregular at Magic High School has an insta-kill ability that can be used at a range with precision (he destroyed a suicide truck past walls while leaving the driver alive), and works against anything that he sees (with his other tech and abilities, his vision is improved). I'd rate that in place of Shigaraki's Decay (even if you take the manga version) and Overhaul (if only due to the range requirement; Overhaul's far more flexible than Decomposition and Restoration).

Don't forget Dark Schneider from the series Bastard! He has a huge arsenal of black magic, fire magic and air magic spells that all but destroy anyone with one casting, but I think one of the deadliest is his Halloween spell (The user opens the gates to hell and releases a powerful blast of limitless energy from his/her palm).

Kenshiro definitely doesn't need to hit them multiple times to kill, Hundred Crack Fist is just the series most iconic move is all. He's shown many times over that he doesn't need to hit them more than once, he kills with a single touch far more often than he ever uses Hundred Crack Fist Hell by the end of the manga he doesn't appear to even need to hit them once. By that point people have a tendency simply explode when in his presence, regardless of whether or not he lifted a finger or said a word.

Vladislak well with a Hakai you don’t need to touch your opponent at all so that automatically makes it better, not to mention how much easier it is to execute and how much more you could destroy at once

@@Staerkeste It seems you missed the part of my comment where I pointed out that by the final arcs of the manga (and occasionally in the anime) Kenshiro doesn't need to touch his opponent to make them explode. They just do. Hokuto Shinken is designed to be an assassins art, it generally doesn't concern itself with causing destruction on a massive scale, it's all about killing a target as efficiently as possible.

@@defalt---8 In principle, it is not specified how many people at once kenshiro can erase from existence, but it certainly does not have such strength as Zeno. Hokuto no ken is a series without supernatural powers, and Kenshiro is a man, admittedly extremely strong and manly, but still human. There are no universal feats in this anime, but I still say that Hokuto shinken rightly comes first. Although I would personally change the name of the first place from Hokuto Shinken to '' saying Omae wa mou ... Shindeiru. I highly recommend Hokuto no ken, one of the oldest and best anime ever.

Part 2 should include InuYasha's Backlash Wave/ Meido Zangetsuha and Sesshomaru's Bakusaiga attacks. And maybe Kikyo/Kagome's Sacred Arrows. Also Zero's/Lelouch's Geass.

Yeah, truly saitama's punches are instant-death, I remember how Boros got killed in one punch. Oh wait. "True Death" in Overlord is surely a nice technique. But there's one ability in Overlord that stands ontop(Spell wise), that is 'The Goal of All Life Is Death' Combined with the likes of 'Cry of the Banshee'. According to trivia, it is impossible to survive it. Even 100% resistance would kill you instantly, it's just not possible to survive it. It also kills the air, inhaling the air within the radius will kill you.

When a character is a God of Death it's hard to pick just one. Probably chose this one since Shalltear at least visually survives, easier to explain quickly with Gazef.

So, 3 instant death techniques. All the others have a high chance to kill but they don't try to cause death primarily. You missed Grasp Heart (9th lvl, true death is 6th lvl if I'm not mistaken), Cry of the Banshee, the death note, mystical eyes of death perception

Some notes on Hakai: - it actually does not let the person go into the afterlife. Your soul is destroyed directly. To our knowledge, normal dragonballs can not revive you from that. Super Dragonballs of course are another mater altogether. - It even penetrates alternate timelines normally. In a setting where otherwise Multiverse theory applies. Only Goku Black and future Zamasu wearing a Time Ring protected him from this fate. - the first one to overcome Hakai is actually Freeza. If it can be blocked - and how easily - seems a mater of relative strenght. Zamasu was outclassed by Goku, who in turn was outclassed by Goku. While Topo was at least on par, while still holding that God of Destruction training back

i didn't know most of themXD But one i think should have been in here, is Black Snow frm The Seven deadly Sins. hundreds of tiny litle Spheres or pure Darknes, one touch and you're dead. seems pretty deadly and effective too to me.

Wait, didn't Aizen in Bleach negate Suzumebachi's killing strike, simply by having more spiritual pressure than Suì-Fēng because he was stronger? Btw, the correct romanization of her name, as confirmed by writer Tite Kubo, is Suì-Fēng not Soi Fon.
