I cant believe that either!!! I got a VHS copy of Toy Story on my 10th birthday. I remember watching it dozens and dozens of times back on the day! And nowadays I am watching the third movie with my 5 and 2 year old daughter and son....man I feel old!!!!

1995 was an amazing year for a movie fan. I remember blockbuster was always busy and people were waiting in the line to get a movie. Also that year, Playstation was around during the holidays. Adults and kids definitely had their interest being at home watching and playing. It was basically a great time to be entertained back then.

The list of movies that came out that year were of such a high standard. Movies today rarely are as good as the movies on this list and it's sad how the majority of today's movies can't even come close to the movies of 20 years ago.

My favorite David Fincher classic movie. "What's in the box,man! What's in the box!!!" 6. Never seen it, but I will check it out. Got I miss these classic 95 movies. 5. Apollo 13 is classic. They prefer this one than "Gravity" or "Interstellar." 4. The Usual Suspects is great. I love Kevin Spacey in this movie. He's looks awesome. 3. Braveheart is amazing. One of the best Mel Gibson films. "FREEDOM!!!!" 2. Wow another Martin Scorsese classic mob hit. I've been seeing many Scorsese mob movies and never gets tired. 1. Toy Story is my childhood movie that I love so much and it's been 20 years of making the first CG animated movies. Now please shut up and go listen to Randy Newman's "You Got a Friend in Me" song. I mean it. 😏

Just the 90s in general was the best for entertainment in general. Music, movies, sports shows like Frasier. All of it. I feel bad kids these days will never know what good entertainment is.

The year of 1995 was certainly a game changer for the movies, especially considering the CGI was already starting to develop. On that note,.......it seems quite odd that Jumngi was not even on the list.

The first time we did one of these, a few of you commented on the choice / wording of the Title. Ironically, had we titled this "top 10 videos/albums/movies of 1980/85/90/95/etc.," then some of you would have said "gee, this is random, you're running out of ideas" because it may not be immediately clear why we chose those seemingly random years. For a while, we were toying with doing annual lists covering the top releases… but we didn’t want to drown you guys at once with retrospectives like that. Then one day, we thought of this series when we were listening to an album at the office & were surprised to realize it had come out 25 years ago. So we decided to kill 2 birds with one stone: 1) cover releases that were celebrating an anniversary, and 2) over a few years build an archive of the top albums, movies, etc. from each year. Finally, as it's impossible to change the voice-over audio once a video is published but possible to change the title, yes, at the end of each year, we will go back to the videos in this series and update the title to “Top 10 Movies/Albums/etc. of [the given year]” and repeat this the next year with albums that are turning 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 etc. so that in a handful of years, voila: we will have annual lists of the top movie and album releases going back decades. You’re welcome.

Some other (IMO) good ones from 1995: Sense and Sensibility, A Little Princess, The Basketball Diaries, Dead Man (the Jim Jarmusch film), The American President, Mighty Aphrodite, The Bridges of Madison County, Jumanji, Godzilla vs. Destoroyah, Mallrats, and Desperado.

Manu fm Toy Story 2 is from 1999. Toy Story 1 is from 1995 while Toy Story 3 is from 2010. Toy Story 4 is on the way in 2017

I think John Lasseter (Toy Story's director) must be kicking himself now, seeing as how most, if not all the traditional hand-drawn 2D animators have been laid off by Disney to focus only on CGI 3D animated movies (for now anyway). Thank you, Pixar… Spank you very much…

Brosnan was alright as Bond, but I feel that Dalton was very underrated as 007. He never got a chance to cement himself as Bond thank to MGM's bankruptcy in the early 90s
