user1nation I don't know about that. Harrison Ford wanted Han Solo to get killed off in the original trilogy but George Lucas didn't want him to. So considering George wasn't directing the new trilogy, it seems like Harrison Ford would've gotten his wish. Sure, still more unexpected than Rogue One's deaths but you kind of had to expect Han's death. Also, Star Wars has a high kill count. They kill off more people in Star Wars than shows like the walking dead and game of thrones. Living in places from Star Wars is great but you have a very high chance of getting killed. Lol I don't even know why Superman is even on here. He's most likely going to come back just like in the comics and you could see at the funeral that. He's coming back.

It is sad to see his death but he is not the main hero from the movie. His lust over the Ring made him tried to kill Frodo as well. In that area he can't be relied on and he is untrustworthy.

The soldiers they were fighting were Wehrmacht. Which means they were either volunteer's or conscripts that had nothing to do with the Nazi party. They were no different then any other soldier. If anything the only "bad" soldiers during WWII in general were the Waffen SS.

I really don't think so, Yeah, they both die but that's not a big deal. Russell Crowe's Stoic and non-talkative acting was overrated. Joaquin Phoenix, (Ceasar), was way better, he had more dialogue and had to express emotions from anger to hate, to sadness, to envy. He deserved the Oscar nomination more than did Russell Crow.

Ya, I was surprised by this. 3 way tie for first, Braveheart Gladiator and Man on Fire. The only thing I disliked about Man on Fire was that screaming kid.. something about her screams, I mean I love alien movies and I refuse to watch War of the Worlds simply because of her.

What I loved about William Wallace's death is that he got his famous "freedom" line out before he dies. The King said he wouldn't die until he heard Wallace scream "mercy". What's better is that the famous "freedom" line was not scripted and was just shouted out in the middle of the scene by Mel Gibson.
