I just wanna say, today I went into my local TJ's to grab some items and some that you recommended .... when I checked out I told the cashier I watched a youtube channel who sometimes does grocery hauls and his TJ's from a couple of days ago brought me in.... she asked, "Which channel" I told her "FlavCity with Bobby" and she laughed and talked about how much she also loves the channel and many customers reference your channel.... so big props to you, the whole team. You may get plenty of people encouraging you but maybe not so I just want to say.... your impact is real in the real world! Keep up the GREAT work!

I'm and definitely watching my sodium all day everyday so when you show ingredients PLEASE show sodium it really helps and with you I'm eating very clean so Thank you for doing these videos p.s. I bring my ingredient list of what to look for but please do a video of ingredients that's bad for us because sometimes I can't find my book and I forget what ingredients to look for thank you

Keep going - you’re doing great! I have running lists in my NOTES app on my phone (you could use any note or list making app you like) and when I watch certain videos, like this one, I open the appropriate list, just pause the video, and add the item to my list. I have lists of products I like or want to try for Costco, TJs, ALDI, etc which I’ve actually had for many years. You could do the same with a list of ingredients to avoid and ingredients that are good. It can be a little tedious at first to flip back and forth from the video to the app to type and then back again, but after a couple of times, you develop a rhythm and it takes hardly any time at all. 😊

I’m lucky, I guess - I have access to fresh, wild caught US shrimp. But I also have access to frozen, wild caught Carolina or Gulf shrimp.

Growing up in New Orleans in the 50's and 60's, Zatarains has had this forever! Zatarains has had yellow mustard with pickles for over 50 years! It is called Zatarains Chow Chow Mustard. Had to find outside of New Orleans, so great add by TJ's.

Not going to lie, hearing Andy Gibb in the background brings me back to my childhood :) Thanks for the informative video. I am going to be near a Trader Joes tomorrow night. Hopefully my store has some of these new products. I love your videos. Because of you I do a lot of ingredients reading before buying anything. The spicy pickles *are* spicy on their own, but chopped up in tuna salad or on a sandwich, give it a nice kick. And yeah, the jar is so classy I saved it lol.

I just tried the cauliflower pizza crust. It tastes good, but definitely did not crisp up enough to resemble pizza crust. I cooked as instructed on a flat pizza dish, though it was not vented. Next time I will try baking the crust for a few minutes on its own before adding toppings and putting it back in the oven.

@@jellybeanjr I followed this recipe but tweaked it. I used oat milk instead of reg milk, collagen or powdered coconut milk in place of milk powder, tapioca in place of corn starch and coconut sugar instead of white sugar. The TJ Truffle Ketchup does have the black pieces if truffle in the ketchup. It's a real treat on crispy fries out if the air fryer. You definitely get your truffle goodness.

Happy Fathers Day to you Bobby and your friends if they are Fathers too. What do you mean by the tomatoes are on the dirty dozen list? Never have heard of that one. We just got a Trader Joes before C-19 and just now started shopping there. Have waited a long time for it.The closests one was OK City, OK.

The Dirty Dozen is a list of produce items that are sprayed heavily with pesticides so it pays to buy organic. It changes yearly. There's also a list called the Clean Fifteen which are items you don't need to buy organic.

I just tried the cauliflower thins from Trader Joe’s. I used them for burger buns and I would say that these need to be toasted in order for them not to fall apart. They would be perfect for sandwiches, burgers and mini 🍕. I don’t think your kids would even notice that they’re made from cauliflower and less you tell them. Some pizza sauce on top and some Mozzarella cheese along with whatever toppings you like and you’re all set. The small ones do get crispy enough for pizza so I would just make a mini pizzas and not use the larger one if you can’t get it to be crispy.

Had the black truffle ketchup it has a very off putting after taste. I’d rather use black truffle oil and maybe mix it with ketchup or maybe they just don’t mix😙
