I did executive block 6 Marla on installment. But It's very slow development but I did invest for long term as I know kingdom valley need 10+ years to fully developed. But same time I also have plot in BWC too. Capital smart city or park view are out of our ranges that's why I invested in low price but long term projected societies. Still it's better than nothing.

You may or even may not get return on your investment in FT2 and MGPhase2 after 7 long years . Avoid investment in amost all socities on Chakri road. These projects are described as future paradise by dealers but actually these projects have no future. These socities are far away from Islamabad and even Pindi.

Asalam o alaikum, there are 50+ societies on chakri road but huge developers are choosing that location as well. Not to forget, DHA will also be launching its phase towards chakri which is confirmed now. It’s not a total flop but if you decide to invest in right society you’ll be better than 50% of the investors in next 5 years

It is not granted final NOC by RDA but it was given an approval under tehsil municipality. Which is why they continued development on site. Not a huge land is approved.
