Overall loved it as an avid fan of the books some bits did feel bad for example Grover not saying 'fooood' while being carried up half blood hill and how Percy used riptide against the minotaur.

I am only part way through the first episode but so far it is very accurate

I want there to be a breakdown as I have spotted 2 references to other characters introduced in later books/series though the later series may just be a coincidence

It's probably because it's a Disney+ show so they had to tone it down. Something I didn't like was how they portrayed Percy's attitude towards Poseidon

I agree man! He has a list of the coolest abilities, not the most powerful! I agree that Charm Speak being the most powerful, but maybe not the "best". I think it is worth pointing out that in order for Piper to effectively charm speak someone, they need to be able to hear, and she needs to be able to concentrate. If someone knows what is coming, defeating Piper wouldn't be too difficult. On top of that, I never thought about how mist manipulation could be more powerful than liquid, but I whole heartedly agree. (Unless the mist in the books is literally mist... ) But, like Piper's charm speak, if someone knows what to look for, they could easily break through and do what ever needs to be done. Basically, all the powers are.. well... powerful, but some have obvious and easy to exploit weaknesses, like charmspeak. And others, like Percy's liquid control and Jason's lightning, are significantly less predictable and would require something a LOT more powerful than earbuds to deflect. Percy's liquid control could help him beat someone up, drown someone, or combust someone.
