I personally believe a sigma can truly enjoy her feminine side,without anyone's views or opinions. The sigma will only open up if she can truly trust the person she wants to open to seek advice. Sigma rarely seek advice from foreign sources. The sigma never really feels alone. Because she is complete in herself. If she has a partner she would allow him to take on the masculine rule in her life, never forget she loves her independence,never threaten hear freedom. Some emotions arise of a scent of a past loved one,it's normal to feel sad and process it and let it go. Sigma rarely dwells on the past relationships that have failed it's the ex narcissist that holds on.

I so resonate with this. Got a better understanding of myself. I'm a lone wolf. Never seek happiness and validation from others. Do my own business as long as I can. Happy to help others but sometimes struggle to ask help. Very emphatic. Transparent of my emotions. Can challenge authority when seeming unfairness is palpable. Loyal and authentic. The people around me find it hard to figure out my personality. But family and close friends can attest about my kindness and generosity. While they sometimes feel uncomfortable with my frankness and mood, they later understand and accept my quirkness and authenticity. I appreciate this channel. Thank you.

Spending time with the person I want to be with, and friends here and there, keeps me happy. I don't have a social battery like an extrovert. I like solitude. I'm protective and warm with people I am close to.

I love this channel and others like it stoic philosophy has really helped me understand myself. I never thought my personality and way of life was a literal philosophical idea lol. I feel special in a sense. it does have its downfalls being a sigma woman but finding this channel has completely unraveled all of that. I now know why people react to me the way they do. For so long I’ve felt the need to change myself to “fit” in but it’s impossible and goes against everything I am. Wow this is so me! I am definitely a Sigma woman..however, I will never again take care of a man again not caring if he can take care of us. They get lazy and totally dependent on the woman and expect her to do it all. Nope never again. I can tell you that it rare to meet someone who all you have to do is look at each other and know what they are thinking or have the ability to negotiate over the same things and know who has the need more than the other ...be so alike minded that the comfort is so welcome to having them around .. we were called the bobbsey twins .. and had to wear, different colors at different times to make others comfortable around us as things we like were the same .. .. could sense each other hundreds of miles away and their needs...
