SIGMA woman here. Often misunderstood because I don't show emotion in front of others or expose my vulnerabilities. But I am emotional, I care very deeply about people and things in general. I cry usually alone. I enjoy my own company and I do not rely on anyone, either emotionally or financially. Men are wary of my independence and women are sometimes offended that I don;t engage in idle chatter. I cannot work for people who play power games and I have little respect for authority. I have been telling a close friend that I really love stoicism. Only now I encountered about Sigma female. No wonder Sometimes I question myself am I aloof or is there something wrong with me yet, I value my solitude and enjoy my own company. People say I am confident and I believe I am coz i don't really care much about what people say about me. But I can honestly say I'm really selective with people I spend time with. I aways new I was different! I run my own bussiness for 20years. I followed my my gut instinct all my life. I have strong faith in God. I'm fiercely independent and love my own company. I spend my spare time growing! Reading or listening to inspirational talks like this. I have walked through the fires of Hell at least three times. Yet I have come out stronger and more confident. I always knew I would fit in somewhere at age 55 I have arrived. And what joy and peace I have found.

I am without a doubt a sigma female. I value solitude very much. My friends are close and precious. I am a disrupter of harmful practices and not appreciated for that, not that being appreciated is even remotely my goal. I value authenticity. In my career I strive to help people become empowered and authentic. I’m want to go on a retreat and get to know other sigmas.

I find that I’m astonished at the chaos people throw themselves into. What a waste of time in negativity. I’m not unaffected by the cruelty of others . I can be hurt but t occasionally it really stuns me. It takes time to process it. I always go forward.

This is so fascinating. I feel like I’m SIGMA and yet she was drowned for years in addiction to alcohol, something that stole my authenticity but allowed me to “ blend in “ and it was SO damaging to my soul. I’m deeply highly sensitive and without a doubt that also happens to be a burden by allowing too much access to others and vice versa. I love deep connections but don’t really enjoy many people. I find people exhausting and manufactured drama makes me literally sick. I’d say maybe I’m just a bitch ….. but I know that I’m not. Maybe I am in fact SIGMA.

People always stay away from me because they always misinterpret my actions,behaviors, and personality because they think I’m aloof and distant they don’t know that it’s just part of my personality and I’m not trying to talk to anyone if I don’t need to or I’m not talking to them If they don’t approach me first.

I don't show my true emotions even to closest of closest friends unless I am in a committed relationship acknowledged by the world or in front of some of my family.Though sometimes I do slip in my moments of weakness. After all we too are human. Can talk to anyone and have many friends but true emotions are not to be shown unless you are sure of your partner.And once am sure I don't look anywhere else. I enjoy my own company. Learnt the hard way. Sigma is what rules and I follow my own rules and set of principles.Don' t follow the crowd. Certainly am one but I do things in my time.I do not follow.

I have displayed all of these characteristics, all of them without any exception, since I was a child. The close family circle were constantly critical of them, wanting to change them and change me. I followed my own path even when it meant walking alone or swimming against the tide. I fiercely fought for my beliefs and causes even when it meant danger. When I started engaging with social media, in particular groups etc, I have become overwhelmed by the sickening need of most to seek validation and attract attention and by the constant pressure to 'conform'. But I still don't. I don't care for the likes and thumbs up! Strangely I never craved them! I thought I was abnormal until I started listening about such personality.... interesting 😊

Being sigma is ultimate freedom. It's growth, adaptation, stoicism, challenging and questioning. Not afraid to stand up for what she believes, protective of her kin and kinfolk. Love my own (and my dogs) company. I absolutely fkn LOVE LOVE Lllllllove when people misjudge me, because I dress how I want, do what I want and say what I want, people love to pigeon hole me which is hilarious because its only a matter of time, they say.... You are "actually" really intelligent... Or if they see me dressed up for the first time l, they are floored. You really scrub up alright, etc... I am able to converse with every single kind of person, (even the assholes) from all walks of life. From low educated and socioeconomic to wealthy and academics. And I treat and think of everyone the same, I let them show me who they are, not what they have, or how they communicate. This has allowed me to grow and develop, which can be challenging but knowing yourself, being true to yourself yourself, an not BSing yourself. Accountability is productivity 😍

I always felt following the crowd felt like I was caged in. I only follow authority that is fair and just. I love Alpha males. I love a strong partner. I'm hated very much mainly by women. I don't fall in line. I have very few friends,but loyal ones. I learn and train for new things all the time. I believe in being prepared. Hope for the best ,prepare for the worst. SIGMA here.. integrity, loyalty, and truthfulness are extreme rules for us that cannot be tried or broken. I cut people out immediately who break these. Therefore my circle is so so small. I live alone on 55acres, i prefer my private time. I only share my time with those i love and trust. I run my own 2 businesses. Im good with people, make people laugh. I just choose to only express myself when i feel like it.

This is me. I do not form attachments. This is not a lack of caring, it's quite the opposite and a respect of freedom. I will never pine after anyone. If someone tries to pull me into a runner-chaser dynamic they are surprised to find when they turn around I'm nowhere to be found. I embrace a stoic perspective. I'm self-validating. I think I fall into the SIGMA category. I’ve always been alone, don’t need anyone to give me validation, will not do what I don’t want to do, prefer my peace and alone time, but I can socialize in small doses - I need the right people to be around. Usually people who are spiritual and down to earth, empathetic people. Don’t rely on anyone to get what I want or need. Very self reliant. Emotional, extremely loyal, but my cut off game is also very harsh.

Ive been called an Alpha by quite a few, but I never felt Alpha. I think I have some Alpha like qualities but I have never thought Alpha was me. An alpha is not what I would want to be either. Ive always been a bit of an outsider or outcast to a certain degree. But able to bounce and talk to everyone, anyone, this group or that group. But never really fit in to one particular group. Ive always had more male friends and Im a Tomboy in many aspects. Which gets me hated by alot of women or admired or both. I get told Im intimidating ALL THE TIME. I dont mean to be at all. Im good at reading people and while I can usually mingle and make friends easily, I like to keep my circle small. I like to keep the details of my life and who I really am not so easily accessed by just anyone. I surprise people alot and have been misjudged and underestimated at times. Im good at keeping calm when chaos ensues and Im good at keeping my emotions in check and very good at doing it when I need to look at something outside the box and get a full perspective of a situation. Im unafraid and step to my own rhythm and rules. Integrity means everything to me. To my core. Im very honest but not cruel. Had to learn how to balance that fine line tho. Brutality is avoided if possible. I do not like to fight. But if you cross that line, oh the demon you dont know...Im a double edge sword. Something people admire or envy at times but also love to hate and try to destroy because we are all these things that irritate, disrupt, too loud or too something always it seems. Its never bothered me, Im too understanding of the way people think and the why behind the things they do. Im uncontrollable. I do not back down and I always get back up. And I dont need anyones admiration or approval to feel good about myself or to hold my own. Im not afraid or ashamed of standing alone. If anything it usually shows me and quite a few others exactly why I decided to stand alone and not follow the crowd. I like my time alone, enjoy it, need it. Most people i find annoying, abrasive, exhausting or like leeches. Haughty and rude people or bullys really piss me off. Huge peeve. I can always see right thru them which annoys the hell out of them. I dont compete and wont play your games, but I will still "win" just the same. Because youre amusing for one and two because Im solid. Im real. Im me. You cant change it or rewrite it. You cant replicate or compete. You cant beat the truth. You cant beat me because Im not playing in the first place. But damn youre kinda amusing sometimes on your little social hamster wheel. Kinda cute when youre mad. Ok got shit to do, bye!

I am most definitely a sigma female, and unbeknownst to me i have followed the principles of Stoicism all my life, earning me the title of "black sheep of the family" I never felt like i belonged to any of them and always preferred my own company, I cannot make small talk with people I dont resonate with I've been called cold and aloof, i process my emotions in private and have never wore my heart on my sleeve. I have gone through a lot of trauma in my life, but I've always got back up on my feet and got stronger each time, i knew i was different from an early age, i could never understand why i never needed anyone else to help me through the most difficult times, and for many years I thought I was strange 😅 I have since learned about Stoicism and all I can say is that my soul has led me down the Stoic path right from a small child, I resonate with everything said in the video and thank you Wisdom ways for the insights into Sigma females, my family need to see this video so they perhaps can understand me more, instead of labelling me as weird

Definitely a Sigma female! 1. Can't work with dumbs, people find me ruthless sometimes but really, I'd rather do everything myself coz Im self sufficient & multi talented, jack of all trades, master of many. I can effortlessly get things done in the most efficient & pragmatic ways. I can work with teams but only with those who are really smart & highly skilled. 2. People are intimidated just by my mere presence, even if Im just quiet and moreso when I start to speak as I dont accept B.S. They should really know what they're talking about because I won't be timid to correct someone if I think they're wrong & will have 1,001 ways to prove my point. 3. I cringe at people who care so much about awards & validations. I dont need those to feel good. My self esteem is unbreakable 😊 4. I used to blend in to be accepted, now, I really don't care if people like me or not. I don't beg for love or attention. Anyone can leave anytime even if I have deep feelings for them. Doesn't mean I have no emotions or doesn't get hurt. I have & I do, I just don't dwell on them. I feel then move on...bounce back quick! 5. I dont like dramas. I only want to hear empowering conversations. I seem emotionless & stoic. Maybe.. but I care about my mental & emotional health. 6. I can live with or without someone. 7. I enjoy reading books & has always been fascinated in learning. Knowledge & its application are real powers! 8. I dont like shallow topics, they don't stimulate my mind 9. Giving up is never an option. I may lose but just like the phoenix, I always come back stronger! 10. I don't have the herd mentality. Systems, fads, trends and cult can never have rule over me 😊 it's always up to me, my terms. 11. Selective. I only associate with classy & intelligent people. The list goes on.. 😊
