Dried beans take a few minutes to prepare in a pressure cooker and are pennies instead of dollars. Soak over night rinse beans and pressure cook in an instant pot, mash an fry in some ghee. Beans triple in size so 1 cup of dry beans equals 3 soaked and cooked. That's a good deal!

Ezikiel bread tasted like sandpaper. I buy Dave's good seed. Don't have a blood sugar problem, eat it sparingly (3 slices a week, when I have eggs) and it's delicious, particularly spread with Kerry Gold.

I made that cake mix for a birthday party and everybody liked it. I substituted a few things I added an extra egg and I used butter instead of oil and a couple other substitutions and it was a big hit.

I'm really bummed out about California Olive Oil switching up to blended brands. When they first came out, their olives were all California. I think they had ranches near Oroville CA, and the surrounding areas when I was in love with this brand. Still not as bad as some others, but I miss the original. Maybe the original is available somewhere else, but I have not found it recently. And the organic beef at your market is way cheaper than here (in the West). Vital farms eggs at $5.97!! That sooo much cheaper than here. Wow. I think they cost close to $9 here. Love your content! Thank you!

Actually vital farms arent't 100% pasture raised. They give soy and corn feed as well as pasture. You can look on their website.

I am allergic to MCI/MI which are preservatives that are in almost all shampoo/lotions/shampoos/detergents/soaps. My skin was so itchy, and so was my scalp I kept getting a rash too. Once I eliminated these products my skin was so much happier and it cleared up! This stuff does matter and those preservatives do affect your skin.

Why don't you put things back on the shelf they way they were when you picked them up?

Word of warning on the keto cake mix....on the label it states "excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect in sensitive individuals." My parents bought something like this years ago and had to throw it out because it was inflammatory to their gut.

Here in Canada we can't find pasture raised eggs.... it's usually free range .

I looked into Thrive a few years ago. Not cheap. Only people who benefit from it are people like Bobby who make referral money off it. I tried it, don't bother.

When I researched American lamb it is grain fed vs Australian lamb, New Zealand lamb are Grassfed. That was why I previously stopped buying lamb at Walmart.

what is the point of keto foods? I don't see the point, since people should eat a daily amount of carbohydrates, and a certain amount of daily calories, for example if you eat bread with 30-35 calories and 4 carbs, how are you going to get 1,500-2,000 calories a day and 150-200g carbohydrates a day?

My WM never has pasture raised eggs and my Aldi has not had them, either.

You made the comment with Schmidt's deodorant that there were no "skin irritants." Please note, I break out TERRIBLY if I use regular Schmidt 's. I regularly use that brand, but the SENSITIVE which does not have baking soda. I cannot use any deodorant with baking soda. None of the Walmarts near me sell the sensitive versions without baking soda.
