my favorite moment is definitely when Sheldon said to his mother “ there is 5 billion people in the world and you are the perfect mom for me!” It’s sad it’s is not on the list! 😢

Sheldon convincing his mom to believe in god is probably one of the best moments of the show, how is it not on the list?

Young Sheldon does two good things well. 1. Give Good Life Advice. 2. Siblings fight it's a part of life.

YS did a good job in depicting how most siblings are. They argue and fight a lot but still in the end, they can't live without eachother.

The first mention of Sheldon having kids. I was shocked and proud. And then I cried like a baby!

My favorite young Sheldon moment was when Sheldon was trying to make Paige mad when he said “get me a beer women” when they were both like 10 😂

If you think the time Sheldon dedicated his valedictorian speech to Missy is heartwarming, you should see the look on her face after she defeated Marcus in a baseball game and she and the boy were the last team members to congratulate each other on the game. I also like a few scenes from "A Proposal and a Popsicle Stick Cross;" 1)Veronica realizing she's staring to fall for Georgie after all. 2)"Girl Time" between Veronica and Missy. 3)George Jr. and Sr. both coming to Veronica's defense when her mom's drunken boyfriend tries to take her home.

When Dr. Sturgis says I'm sure Sheldon will win the Nobel Prize some day 🥺🥺

I also enjoyed the moment when his Dad took Sheldon to CalTech to see the Stephen Hawking lecture and they stand in the cafeteria but going back to the moment when he gives his graduation speech, I really liked that it was similar to the Nobel Prize speech since the infamously self centered Sheldon takes moments people expected long self congratulatory speeches about his superiority into the rare moments when he shows he loves his friends and family.

One of the best moments for me is when George and Mary are arguing over the college letters for sheldon George goes to sleep on the couch and sees sheldon crying at the door Mary wants comfort him but sheldon says “I want dad” that broke me

I was wrong" The ending to Season 2 of Young Sheldon never fails to make me tear up, just the fact Sheldon admits to being happy he was wrong, shows just how much Leonard, Penny, Raj, Howard, Bernadette & Amy truly mean to him.

when George tells Clint to go away and stop harassing Paige and to get his hands off his kids 😮

There are so many moments I love in Young Sheldon. I love the moment when all the other Big Bang Theory characters were shown as kids and when Sheldon's mom notices that Missy feels like like no one takes notice of her that her parents only worry about Sheldon during the twin experiment.

The part where in an episode of Young Sheldon Sheldon’s voiceover reveals the name of Sheldon and Amy’s child, Leonard. 😭😭And, the fact that Mayim Bialik returned as Amy’s voiceover for that scene😭😭😭.

My favorite YS moment was when Meemaw swatted him on his bottom for calling her selfish, and then the lady who sat next to him on the bus told him he was the only selfish one in the whole story.

the flashback to all of his Big Bang theory friends made me wanna cry

Two moments not mentioned that stuck in my mind are 1- when Sheldon is doing the taxes & his dad asks him to keep a secret from his mom regarding the $200 check. After Sheldon spends the night at Tams house in his quest to avoid his mother, he ends up telling his father that he used to look up to him but now he can no longer do so. It’s said in that somewhat robotic tone of voice, but that felt like such a punch in the gut. No parent wants to hear something like that from their kids, & certainly not at such a young age. That was so very much more devastating than the actual secret being kept by Georgie, Mee-Maw & George. The second moment is somewhat fleeting, but it comes up in the episode when George has his first heart problem in the show & Georgie steals Mee-Maws car to get to the hospital so that they can possibly see their dad. Sheldon gets up to either get something from a machine or use the restroom (I’ve forgotten) but on his way the door to his dads room is opened up and he gets a glimpse into a problematic moment during George’s heart treatment. Sheldon appears stuck to the floor of the hallway, & for a moment he’s not the “wunderkind” Sheldon but instead a young child watching a sick parent in the hospital. That is remarkably frightening. I’m lucky enough to not have gone thru that - but I recall how scary I found visiting sick grandparents to be. It must be like a million times more frightening than that. And I now know from personal experience how scary it is to deal w a sick parent in the hospital as an adult and I found that nauseatingly frightening. So I can only imagine what was going thru Young Sheldon’s mind as he saw his generally hefty, strong dad lying helpless in that hospital bed. This is not to say I disagree w the choices made in the top 10 list. I’m just noting two other moments that have stuck out to me. 🥰🥰🥰

Weirdly enough, I’m not a huge tbbt fan, but I love this show a ton! I’ve watched episodes multiple times already and laugh over and over.

Even though their not on the list, two of my favorite Young Sheldon moments is when the kids steal Meemaw's car to go to the hospital to see George who had a heart attack and when Mary and George take Sheldon to a therapist and he experiences comics for the first time.

That moment they slipped in about Sheldon having kids was sweet.

Really good ones! At least now, thanks to this list, i know which episodes to watch if i want to see these great moments again 👍🏻

Favorite scene.. Missy sets Georgie up by saying a girl called for him... last month. Georgie waiting for this girl to call back..runs to the phone when it rings. I'll get it! he says answering the phone all GQ smooth.. 'Hello, Georgie speaking'. Missy on the other line..' Did you run to the phone? Do you feel stupid?'

My faves are the Brisket recipe, gall bladder, and Sheldon in a space suit in the garage to prevent himself from getting sick.

“I wish I’ve had told my father when he was alive” broke me💔

My favorite Young Sheldon moment is when Missy hugs her brother after George yells at Sheldon for trying to fix the fridge. Best part? Sheldon grabs Missy's arm instead of pushing away like he might've otherwise done.

I hope seeing a LOT more scenes like this since there will be 7 seasons.

LOVE the younger tv characters .

I love how nuanced all of the characters are, but especially Sheldon's Dad. It would have been so easy to make "Sheldon's cheating Dad" a terrible father because he ended up being a bad husband in the end, but he's actually a really good dad. I love that, being a not so great husband doesn't mean you can't be a good dad. The criteria is pretty different lol.

Thank you for this collection. It really moved me. I miss the younger Sheldon, yet I'm very excited to see upcoming episodes. All the actors are great and the writing is brilliant! I only religiously watch 2 shows during the week: this and Finding Your Roots.

These should be televised. The narration is Excellent and really helps fully see the human caring aspects. Todays world needs that.

My favorite is the season 2 episode where Mary has her crisis of faith and Sheldon revives her faith by saying there must be a God because "what are the odds" of her being "the perfect mom" for him unless there was a God who put them together.

Agreed 100% (Especially #1) although, I would have found a place for the scene where an opposing pitcher tries to bean ball Missy and she beats the snot out of him.

When Sheldon and Meemaw bond over a video game and Sheldon for once acts his age

Half of this is ok, but the rest feels like a CBS memo 🤬 Egregiously missing: George & Missy at Red Lobster; George comforting Missy (“He likes someone else!”); George’s speech to Sheldon in the airplane bathroom (“You be Spock, I’ll be Kirk”); Georgie correctly diagnosing the truck’s problem; Meemaw’s stirring “You’re a MAN! A Texan MAN!” oration; Sheldon’s dazzling audition for the school play; and the moving ending with Sheldon & Mary in “Octopus Aliens”. Ps: that mittens-off moment with his dad should be Number One

Even if he won't say it and may not even know how to show it, Sheldon very much loves his sister. Same thing goes for Missy.

I didn't relate or care much for the Big Bang Theory, but I liked Young Sheldon. My son and I are somewhat semi-nerdy like Sheldon while my daughter is more socially balanced. My wife deals with having three nerds she loves very much in the family and we love her pretty deeply as well. Sheldon's mom should let him go to Caltech.

The Top 10 Young Sheldon Moments....was very good. The Writers for the show are Very Good. To tell you the truth, I accidentally started watching your show and now I can't get enough of it. Young Sheldon is Smart and I would had love to had a son similar to Sheldon. Having raised two sons that wouldn't listen to me or even have good conversation with made me mad. Sheldon ability to talk in an intelligent manner---makes me believe he is real when in reality its just a show. I love Young Sheldon or I like your writers and again I can't get enough of your show. As for the original show, where Sheldon is full grown, I never liked it (I feel the writers of that show) make Sheldon a Real Dick or Axx Hxxx. Back to which Top 10 of Young Sheldon I liked.....His High School Speech is my favorite, in fact I get a small tear in my eye when he talks about his Sister....bottom line it"s a "Twin Thing" that we who are not Twins will never KNOW. Thanks for the writers doing a very good job.
