"In the Meantime" is my favourite 90's song. When you hear the opening notes, you know that you're in for a treat.

My wife has the Robyn debut album. We have listened to it many times and I was stunned to find out she was only 16 when she recorded that album.

Lisa Loeb was absolutely adorable back in the day. Had the biggest damn crush on her because of this song and video.

All My Life was played at EVERY one of my high school dances. It was probably because I started high school in 1997, same year as the song came out.

I never forgot how awesome The Way (although I never knew the title or artist) and How Bizarre were. I've always loved those two songs.

Great list! Fastball was so underrated, “You’re an Ocean” and “Outta My Head” are also great songs. They’re still making music and have an album due out fairly soon. I recall Robyn’s song “Show Me Love” better than the one in this list.

Ready to Go by Republica is just one of those songs that feels like the musical equivalent of an energy drink. The Way by Fastball is a great song but if you haven't given the whole album, All the Pain Money Can Buy, a listen, you should.

Here it is 2024 and I've never heard that Fastball song, The Way. If I've heard it, it didn't make an impact. However, Candlebox did with Far Behind... a huge impact.

If there is one song that I never want to hear again in my whole entire life, it is two princes by the spin Doctors

“Do You Know (What It Takes)” by Robyn was great. “All My Life” by K-Ci and Jojo was epic. I wore out my tape replaying it over and over in my car.

I think some of these songs were older than they actually are; like from the 70s or 80s. Then again, I listened to those radio stations that played a mix of genres.

"Two Princes" is far from forgotten. It's on my favorites playlist on Spotify AND I added it to a playlist that I would play for my high school students during times in class when we were working on assignments.

I’m guessing Shine by Collective Soul didn’t make it because we haven’t forgotten.

I truly despise "Two Princes". It was so overplayed on the radio. You'd hear it every freaking time you turned on the radio or went into a store or stopped at a gas station. You couldn't get away from that song. It was always on MTV too so that didn't help either. It was one of those songs that you didn't like but it was used in every commercial too. It would get stuck in your head for days. Ahhhhh...I still hate it.

A song that could have made this list is "Hey, Leonardo (She Likes Me For Me)" by Blessed Union of Souls. I listened to this on my Now CD back in the day. I was just thinking about this song the other day.

A few of these songs I’ve never heard but most I still have MP3s of. I hate the spin doctors. They had a few catchy songs but I went to see them live, screaming trees and souls asylum opened. They all played and it was cool. Then the SD’s came out. Sang 3 songs no one knew and walked off stage. So we all assumed the show was over, we left. Once the majority of people were outside they went back and played their hits. F the spin doctors. It was so rude!
