#01 Hand Hooping:
This is the first hand trick you need to know. Getting the hula hoop comfortably rotating in you hand with your thumb between you and the hoop will give you the control you need to move into any hand hooping trick.

Which Hoop?
For this tutorials you need a light hula hoop.
