Good demo. Just a suggestion. You're jumping on a black mat wearing black training shoes. Something more contrasting, (shoes), would have clarified your footwork more.

#16 is not called "the winter", It is an EB without a jump. There were videos posted way before this that show it. She was just lazy or refused to call it what it is and made up a name for a trick that already existed, again it is not called the "winter", seriously that is stupid as hell.

What i realized with the Winter move, one loop doesn't actually go under the feet; that was putting me off my game in jumping rope haha and the EB you have to skip over it side-ways XD

Most of it don't look like something a beginner could pull off... like I can only do the regular bounce. But that's some mad skills there. I could never look that good skipping ropes. 😌

Young lady I got you beat by 9 years. That is impressive. I am a broke down former college athlete and can't do much anymore. Most kids don't have the desire or attention span to see through what you can do. Lot of these gals put these tighties on just to display. Great stuff! I’m only one month into my jumping so many of these moves waaay outside my comfort zone. Question: do you do work in the gym as well or just jump?

Hey Ana yep I sure are... when you are starting a new type of training begin slowly. Start with 10 secs of jumping then rest and build up from there...
