The reason Terry Silver lost to Daniel is because he was beaten physically and mentally. Physically by Chozen who even did pressure points on him and mentally because his students lost faith in him. Also for me this series has always hinted that while Johnny and Daniel are very even, Johnny in an all out street brawl or a death match would have the slight edge because of his physical stats and battle IQ.

Untrained Kyler is always funny to me, sure he didnt know Karate. However man was a Wrestler thats very useful to know in fights.

Johnny can take much more abuse than Daniel, hands down. If it comes to an all out brawl Johnny wins.

Another thing I never understood is in season 4, Robby beat the entire Cobra Kai dojo without getting touched, and then in season 5, he was getting dominated by the Cobra Kai students, while having Tory, Sam, Miguel, Demitri and Hawk fighting with him

Even if Terry hadn't caught Johnny off guard with that kick, I can't see any scenario where Johnny could take Terry. Johnny is a good fighter, but Terry is a whole other level. Plus Terry is the king of mind games. Any fight between them would be over before it started.

I'll give you my top 10 of the myiagi verse and I'm picking fighters we've only scene as master kim and Sato have never officially fought on screen yet 1. Mr myiagi- whipes everyone 2. Chozen- closest thing to myiagi well get in cobra kai 3. Prime silver was fast agile and long 4. Prime kreese was strong and ripped asf plus being an army captain I only put him below silver cuz silver lasted longer vs myiagi 5. Rage johnny lawrence I think is very underrated ik he hasn't technically beat silver but he took out most of silvers senises who were all great fighters 6. Old silver I'd love to see him fight rage johnny and he's tall smart quick unfortunately he couldn't fight Chozen in his prime 7. Daniel Larusso he was able to kick off silvers ass I'd be it although silver was tired asf and had an banged up knee he took down kreese only cuz of pressure points he's equal with johnny until johnny unlocked his true potential and mike is just below him cuz mike hasn't fought much in ck danny boy is still a great fighter 8. Mike barnes he's strong asf however lack of fight scenes and not winning a 1v1 in ck yet he's still a great fighter and could climb in season 6 9. Old kreese great fighter however age has caught up to him and he's aged faster than silver 10. Silvers senises minus Kim she only fought an injured tory sam and devin and lost her pupils at least stood their ground vs johnny and chozen and mike

miguel is objectively the best student...now is centered, focused, and mature, when he fight he doesn't need to win anymore, he fight only when is important, as myagi, and he fight without fear to lose...that makes him invincible against all the other student

These comments are stupid stating Larusso only beat Silver due to Terrys earlier fight with Chozen, the show always had this plot for Larusso beating Silver to show how far Larusso has come and he humiliated him.

If you are bringing up that Robby was distratctet by Kenny against Hawk then you must also add that Hawk in the first piont was just using Miyagi-do, the moment he became more agressive he became a harder opponent to Robby.

I still think Silver is the 3rd greatest fighter on the show, Chozen being second, a lot of people keep forgetting Terry Silver's mental issues which are obviously holding him back and it causes him to do irrational thinking, we can clearly see he's mentally unstable judging by how he talks and his ways, Chozen and Daniel have a very big advantage over Silver, is that they were much closer to their Sensei/Masters which results in learning more and getting more advice. You may be confused as to why Chozen is second. Well, we do see Kim-Sun-Yung on the show for a slight bit in a flashback, and he's stated to be at Mr. Miyagi's level and is built up to be this really powerful fighter throughout the whole franchise.

Terry Silver is definetly stronger than Daniel LaRusso. Daniel only beats Silver because he was injured from the previous fight with Chozen. If Terry is on his full strengh he wipes the floor with Daniel and Johnny

The point of season 5 and many miss it, was whoever is fighting for, is more powerful than fighting against! Daniel beat Terry, because he was fighting for, as Terry was fighting against. This is why Daniel beat Chozen in KK2 I still think a balanced Terry is better, or at least on par, but like johnny found a gear he never knew he had facing the senseis, Daniel also kicked into another gear with his wife and students there backing him The list is definitely pretty much spot on and chozen being number 1 is 💯

Demetri is way to low in this list and stingray is also too high. Demetri is probably as good as Shawn, might not be better but near the same level.

I disagree with the rankings. Chozen at #1 😅😂 LoL. Terry Silver should be #1. Because he stood toe to toe with chozen and knocked him down with a kick. Granted chozen is probably #2. But no way as tough as Johnny is, is not better than Terry Silver. Silver singlehandedly beat Johnny. Terry Silver's fighting style is so strong, in fighting there is no such thing as a cheap shot. Johnny came looking for a fight and silver knocked him out with a kick not a gun. Even then Johnny did try to get the upper hand in the fight but got destroyed by silver. Silver is the best fighter in cobra kai. Daniel Larusso is a f'ing joke he wins his fights due to plot armor.
