For people arguing over kdb being the Goat midfielder in the prem, He's one of the 3 players to be twice player of the season in the prem. The other two are Henry and Vidic. He has the highest assist and chance creation ratio in the history of the prem.

If you wipe Gerrard off because he doesn’t have a league title then Kane has to be wiped off these lists too, somehow that doesn’t happen.

Personally I think Scholes, Lampard and KDB are the top three but it’s difficult to decide the order.

The question has to be, if you were picking someone to be in your midfield, you’d pick Gerrard every day of the week.

Top 3 is probably KDB, Lampard and Gerrard in no particular order.. however if I got to manage a team for one game my midfield 3 would be Viera, Yaya and KDB, I think that would be unstoppable 🤣

Then you add on the 5 PL winners medals and potentially a CL medal at the end of the season for De Bruyne, it's hard to argue. The only thing going against him is the longevity because the other three have just over double the minutes in the Premier league.

Football ‘Fans’ who claim they love the game need to realise basic football knowledge. If you’re going to take everything into account when talking about a single player like TEAM trophies ect. You have to take into account the teams🤧 Gerrard and Kane are right at the top of epl players and they have never won a English title. For me if you’re in the conversation for the greatest without any English trophies, just shows they were level above the rest. They didn’t need top class players to perform - they’re ability and passion on their own was enough to carry their respected teams. Top players normally wouldn’t stay at a mid team Cus they would believe they wouldn’t win anything. Kane and Gerrard believed in themselves so much that they thought they could do it alone pretty much. We know they never won a league but they’ve had great moments and shown us that a true great player doesn’t need world class players for help them out. They just need the basics and they’ll be the class.
