Hi. I've had pain in my left heel. It started bothering me after a podiatry appointment. I think the callus was removed too deeply. My foot doctor is on vacation. I'm going to rest as much as possible. I enjoyed your video and tips. 🇨🇦👍

Hello Dr. This is Kapil Sharma From India,Eight months back i just have Calcaneal Fracture it got operated but Still i am not able to walk...Now Dr's Advice is for an another operation..as there is Ankle Fusion/Joint Fusion.. What is Your Suggestion...Is there is any Remedy that i can avoid this operation as it is already very Painfull to cover previous operation. Is there is any email so that i can Share ny X Rays with you so that you can advice me Properly...Basically i do not want to go for reoperation so i think your advice will be much valuable for me to get relief from my pain. Thank you Dr. Kim, I've a question. My feet keeps getting swollen every 4 months. Sometimes its the left one or the other times its right foot. It gets very painful to touch or to even put it on the floor. I have done xrays, ultra sound and blood work. No infection and everything came normal. Doctors keep sending me home with Morphine and it doesnt help at all. Please advise what I can do to relieve pain.

searching for the fat to eat, to help my heal pain, i tried lard - pork fat, with some success, 23-9-2020, just 3 weeks ago, i changed to tallow- dripping - beef fat, and pain has gone now, and my skin in moist and elbow no longer dry, and airway-nose feel very open, , I added dripping to my toast, 6 slices a day, with jam, lol, please try it

Heel pain can go away by eating these. I am having"heel pain" on my right foot. I exercise my heel pain foot by rubbing the pain area of my heel against the edge of the stair in order to relieve the pain. I also observe my heel pain go away after drinking the "boiled Artichoke" (I boil my artichoke with corn to make nicer taste). However, artichoke is seasonal, meaning cannot get it in winter!. However, I observe after eating dates (Californian dates or Turkish dates... ) about 5 dates per day... having the same effect like "boiled artichoke". That is my heel pain goes away ... Try it out to see if these things will help you

Can i still walk my dog? NO! so what, i have to teach my dog to use the toilet and do aerobics or what? Can i do groceries? NO! so you assume that i have the money to order groceries? I feel that i should not walk too much and 6 small walks a day with my dogs is too much but i am not letting the dogs shit and pee in the house.

Jesus is coming soon. Repent from your sins and trust alone in Jesus with all your heart. Without Jesus we are nothing, believe it or not. This world is temporary but Jesus is eternal so deny yourself and follow Jesus alone daily because it will be worth it in the end.
