chanses armstrong agree one of the most strongest guy out there. Even invented a move (TED) aka the morozov but sadly this move will never make a big impression since so many doing it but the most of them do it wrong

Artem i've one question about muscle up maybe you can help me with that :D i've learnt doing kipping mu on those protruding grips where you can input chest between grips and my now question is how to fix this mistake because when i try do same kipping mu on straight bar i often hit the bar or even if i get over the bar my elbows fall down as fast as i get there and i can't do last phase of muscle up - pressing (probably i dont have enough strength in a triceps or so)

Goku Workout bring your elbows along the body and pull higher, you have not enough explosive power to overcome switching point

you got to time when youre pulling brother, when you hang from the bar, and theres this slight initial swing of the body, pull when your body is JUST about to swing backwards, if you pull when your body is moving forward in a swing, what you said in your comment, is what will happen.

I can do a ring muscle up, and not a bar muscle up. People say the bar muscle up is suppose to be easier. I find it harder!

Bro, you have different type of grip on rings/bars, the false grip is "easier" naturally for some people than other, but in my opinion, muscle up on bar (clean) is harder.
