Today we're breaking down our Commander tournament experience from this past weekend, going over Matt's top 16 and more excitingly Eric's Punt City 3 top 4 with Korvold! We discuss our experiences at the different cEDH events we attended, go over deck building decisions leading up to them, give a game-by-game breakdown, and talk about lessons learned.

I know BAD refers to Breach Ad Naus Dockside. Does MAD in MAD King refer to anything?

With the original build, it was Magecraft, Ad Nauseam, Dockside, referencing the cards Witherbloom Apprentice and Storm-kiln Artist which were wincons in the deck.

Crop rotation and Emergence Zone are more needed in the deck than shimmer/twinflame and dualcaster, but i use dual caster to counter fight often... yeah its sad

Hey, so I've watched a dozen or so of your videos, so Matt, what is the origin of the name "Lemora's Cards" if it isn't tied to your name? I did a Google search and found a movie with the name Lemora... just for the sake of those of us who appreciate origin stories, can you shed some insight? If this is covered in another vid, sorry for the repeat.

I usually use names kinda similar to that one for my in game characters, and yes I watched that movie since I'm a big horror movie fan, liked that name, used it as my tag in Smash Melee and a character in FF14, and when I made this channel, which was originally covering horror movies, that's what I went with! Originally, the channel was Lemora's Cards and Horrors, with the idea being it was kind of like the name of a spooky shop that I worked in or something.

Was it easy? If not why do so many people cheat with Korvold?

1. I don't think top 4ing an event like this is ever going to be especially easy. 2. I don't think Korvold is known for having a lot of cheaters, just the one that was a very public thing.

Just to clarify, there is only one known player to have cheated with Korvold. So the phrase "why do so many people cheat with Korvold" is extremely out of pocket.
