I have tried it the project 220V Touch on/off, with an IRF840 and it works, but sometimes I have to "press" often, which would not be the problem, but I feel that the relay vibrates a little when it switches and sometimes it only switches without vibrating, how can it be corrected, what would the fault be? ? Lo he probado con un IRF840 al proyecto 220v AC Touch ON/OFF switch y funciona, pero a veces debo "pulsar" seguido que no seria el problema, sino que siento que el rele vibra un poquito cuando conmuta y a veces solo conmuta sin vibrar, como se puede corregir, cual seria la falla? funny you should ask.. I was curious myself and found that this isn't a PWM.. it's driven by an LM358 (www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Components/General/LM358.pdf).. a low power dual op amp.. so this is more like voltage control rather than pulse width modulation.. still, it's a very useful little circuit! But to answer you question.. The Mosfet will take 100V at 33A, the OpAmp runs between 3V and 32V, and after reading the datasheet.. really freakin efficient!
