I Love OpAmp and 555. You can make anything with these two wonderful things. Learn some basics about OpAmp you are under using them, you can use simple NPN transistors in your most of the projects. It's like you are using supercomputer to calculate 1+1 =?

The LEDs will turn on and off slowly like fading. Imagine how your ceiling fan works, does it run at full speed instantly or takes time? How does it turn off? Instant zero rotation or slowly turns off? That's breathing.

Full Charge Voltage of Li ion battery is 4.2 volt not 3.7v also in the same circuit using a transistor for voltage limit is pretty dumb. first it gets heated and second the output current will be very low. you may need a whole day to charge a battery

Poor designs, especially battery charger. It needs CC/CV cycle with 4.2V end stage, not 3.7V

Li-ion battery needs more voltage according to battery type i.e 3.7v battery requires 4.2v as cutoff or full charge and 3.85v requires 4.3 to 4.4 v to cutoff this circuit is sh*t as its just droping voltage to 3.7v which is nominal voltage of lipos and needs way more improvments bro

People don't own a studio to record their voice. Going by his accent of "hello" this guy seems Indian and India is a very noisy country so recording audio is never viable. Nor are Indians good at "speaking" English. I can feel the lack of understanding from your side way more than lack of speech bothered me.
